Elliot Decker, local Safety Czar, and volunteer crossing guard. I maintain safety regulations in places it's needed most, (juristiction recently expanded to the internet), usually places the city deems are "unnecessary" or "disturbing the peace" or "You're not a city official, you can't enforce anything, and this is private property"

We see him wearing them even when it's dark out, and while hat could just be him wanting to look cool...

We also see him wearing normal glasses as a little kid

Maybe he got bullied for regular glasses when he was younger, and switched to shades because they looked cooler? :(

Alternatively, we could add Elliot to the "characters who wear shades instead of regular glasses because we headcanon them to be light sensitive" pile, alongside Dakota.
