Nearly 18 years raw vegan & feeling more alive than ever…✨ I went from being a type 2 diabetic hyperglycemic to a strong, healthy woman. I’ve never looked back. It’s been over 17 years since I’ve consumed meat, dairy, gluten, all processed foods, etc. 🤯 I can confidently say I’m in the best health and shape of my life. No deficiencies.
