How about this; I won’t talk about it on other people’s tweets. However, when it comes to what I post on my twitter account specifically I won’t. It’s my account, I should be able to post about what I want, whether it be in regards to me purging my food, thinspo, or even an addiction I formed due to my ED.

I took up smoking as an appetite surpressent. Has it helped? No, not really. Is it still something I kept up due to some of its other effects—like stress relief, for example? Yes. Tbh I feel like I’d still be perceived as ‘gross’ as you put even without smoking considering I a) am fat and b) have bulimic tendencies. Eating disorders in themselves are gross so why does it matter that I also smoke on top of it?
