been thinking a lot recently about how Christianity took crucifixion, a symbol of complete humiliation and defeat at the hands of the Roman Empire, and turned it into a symbol of God’s infinite and incomprehensible love for all of creation

I think it's a misuse of your big platform to allow the spreading of transgenderism! We do not need those freaks on this earth
I need those freaks actually, and I'm going to use my platform to spread transgenderism like Judas spread his legs for Jesus.

Dear God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

//But the truth, as anyone with even a casual knowledge of history will recognize, is that transgender people have always existed, across centuries and cultures. And that apparently includes a surprising and underacknowledged number of early Christian saints.
In a 2020 essay for The Advocate, University of California, Irvine, professor of art history Roland Betancourt writes that “from the fifth to the ninth century, a number of saints’ lives composed across the Greek-speaking Mediterranean detail the lives of individuals assigned female at birth who for a host of different reasons chose to live out their adult lives as men in monasteries.”//

wow how things have changed!
I am now a Novice Sister with my local house of the SPI.
I also, although I only briefly mentioned it in the past, did decide to explore about 30 churches in my area that interested me before I chose to join my UU congregation. They were ones that were close to my home, accepting of my queer beliefs, or that captured my interests. I found that my mind expanded greatly through the process.
It took a lot of work to narrow it down all the way, but I found a wonderful church with amazing people and I am now preparing for my baptism as a Christian.
My theology is definitely eclectic but in descending order from most to least connectivity, I've found I identify with parts of: Presbyterianism, Quakerism, Episcopalism, Methodism, Unity, Lutheranism, and Catholicism. I know there are some conflicts with all of those sects but my goodness we really are of all one faith and I borrow heavily between sects as I learn what I believe through God's word, people, and discussion through my prayers.
So a life update I guess, as I haven't been using this blog much:
I am in the process of becoming a proper member of my UU congregation, but I have also decided to join my local chapter of Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence.
Due to this, I'm studying and examining spirituality more than probably ever. I'm beginning the study of Jesus' life and how spirituality can embrace queer identities with open arms, figuring out my own beliefs on the way. <3
Lots of love,

In the 1300s, guys like Quinton Reviews just became monks. Centuries ago, Quinton Reviews could have translated the Bible into the vernacular tongue or illustrated a killer manuscript.

The reason Joseph knew Mary didn't cheat on him is because he knew Mary was Trans and she was begging to god for Joseph to get her pregnant and god helped a bad bitch out
Mary was a trans woman
