Tiny dragon I found sunbathing behind a local outdoor theater. The bright, almost yellow coloring on the ends of its feathers led me to believe this one is a young leaf dragon.

I found a little clover dragon while on a hike. It was sunbathing on a rock. The only real difference between a grass dragon and a clover dragon is the clovers growing on its back.

While hiking along a river on a trip I recently went on, I came across an algae dragon! Famous for their lack of pupils, algae dragons are often found around moving water. It is theorized that the algae dragons use the ripples and movement of the water to determine what is around them, rather than relying on eyesight.

I found a common leaf dragon living in a hollow part of a tree on my hike today! She’s pretty angry about me being nosy around her nest. If you look closely in the hollow area, you can even see her tiny brown eggs!

My partner and I were hiking the upper Gooseberry Falls trail the other day when we came across this gorgeous Pinecone Dragon. Their beautiful blue eyes are actually uncommon for this species as most Pinecones have brown eyes to help blend in with their environment. Very cool to see.
