This is for me for later reference lol this will be very helpful

tips for regressors with periods!

keep your socks on, little one!

our feet are our temperature regulators! if your feet are warm, your body will be much warmer <3 being warm relaxes our muscles and promotes blood flow to lessen any pain!

try to sleep in a better position!

clutch a stuffie to your chest and sleep in the fetal position to reduce pressure on your back! or you can try to loaf like a kitty cat with a pillow under your chest and stomach!

drink warm beverages!

warm water is always a go-to, but there are yummier options too!

you can try ginger/chamomile/raspberry leaf tea (add honey to sweeten) if you like, or some warm angel milk <3 you can add a little bit of tumeric to your angel milk with a dash of cinnamon and the tiniest bit of black pepper to activate it (no, you can't taste the pepper! trust me!)

oh, and this is the perfect time to drink some hot chocolate as well! (try out dark chocolate if it isn't too bitter for you!)

please eat your fruits and veggies!

carrots, oranges, apples, mangoes, broccoli, spinach, sweet potatoes, beans, peas, and lentils are some good options to incorporate into your diet! try making a yummy smoothie or adding a new veggie to your dinners <3

use a heating pad (be careful)!

you can use an electric one if you have one, but here are some more afforadable options:

- use a hot water bottle or thermos

- make a small pouch out of fabric and make sure the ends are fully glued/sewn shut! fill it with uncooked rice and secure the last opening. warm it up in the microwave for about a minute and boom! a reusuable heating pad <3

- dampen a washcloth and put it in a plastic bag. warm it in the microwave for thirty seconds and use it on top of a blanket or your shirt if it's thick enough!

- (last resort option) my laptop gets really hot when i play the sims because i have sooo many mods hehe, but i just make sure there's a barrier between my skin and the laptop and it works as a heating pad! plus, i get to play my games comfortably

overnight pads and period diapers!

i know many people dislike overnight pads because of how bulky they are, but they are a good alternative if you don't have access to or dislike diapers! they are mostly mess free and you don't have to get up often in the middle of the night! they are also really comforting if you like a little bit of padding when regressed.

period diapers are always a good option! they can be worn under flowy skirts and dresses and aren't as noticeable as other types of diapers! they are really comfy too!

warm baths!

bring in your favorite toys, your bubbliest soaps, and your favorite tunes! just make sure your bathwater isn't too hot, okay? i recommend adding a little bit of coconut oil into the water to make your skin super soft!

if you are experiencing dry skin or have eczema, try an oat bath! you can use a food processor to ground up oats so they dissolve in the water, or you can pack some oats into a clean sock/tights, tie off the end, and let it soak in the water!

Hello 👋

🎀 Today I went to the doctors and my doctor is retiring :,) so now I got to explain all my medical problems again to a new doctor...... :p

🎀 I'm rearranging my room partly because we have mice, but also I wanted to go through things. Soo my rooms a mess lol.

🎀 Update on my journey on refurbishing my old clothes. I started small with cutting up my t shirts. So far I haven't messed up bad enough that I can't fix it so yay!

🎀 I bought the Chocolate Rabbit calico critter family. Im planning on diy them a house and other things like beds :D

🎀 I cut my hair not in a big way I just took inches off so like a big trim ig but I like it and I'm think of dyeing it again I just having figured out what color

🎀 Also little side note the mood board is based off Peter the squish mellow, which I have multiple of he is my favorite squish mellow

Tim Drake MoodBroad! + headcannons to go along with it!

- Tim takes little figure and/or toys with him to the coffee shop and to go eat when tiny

-He carries around a backpack almost 24/7 when small. It always has a bunch of random things, Robin (the red dragon Dick gave him), and a small decorated digital camera (that has a strap)

- When Time wakes up tiny he loves breakfast with a passion. He wants a yogurt bowl, fruit, and granola please and thank you! (He's also super messy)

- He also love bath time to the point that you'll have to fight him to get out. He will be splashing and splashing for hours on end if you let him.

-He definitely builds home for his toys in the manor garden. Little structure out twigs, mud, and whatever he can find just so he can play. (Like those homemade fairy garden houses)

-He has two main moods when tiny 1. adventurous and giggly 2. Sleepy and spacey 

-Tim runs one way giggling then runs back the other way just constantly and he's happy

Since my caregiver Sun (fnaf) moodboard got over 100 notes, time to make some headcanons! Thank you so much for enjoying the moodboard:3

Caregiver Sun headcanons!

•He's met lots of regressors at the daycare before! When you stopped by the daycare and told him about your regression, he was super excited.

•He immediately asked if you wanted him to take care of you, and offered to let you stay at the daycare with him whenever you wanted to regress.

•He knows age regression isn't always fun, and is often a trauma response/people regress because of trauma. He knows that it can be a very vulnerable and scary thing, but he really just wants you to feel safe with him.

•The first time you regress in front of him, he notices really quickly. Even if you're very subtle and sneaky, he's very good at noticing that you're feeling small.

•Sun is a super energetic and playful caregiver! He loves being silly and doing things to make you laugh.

•If you're a really young regressor (baby age), he's super good with really tiny ones! He holds you in his arms and bottle feeds you, reads you stories, plays peek-a-boo, lets you lie on your belly, and play with small toys and sensory toys, ect.

•If you're a toddler age regressor, he still babies you just as much, but allows you to play a bit more with bigger toys and does arts and crafts with you!

•He loves to climb around the play gym with you! It's a big area, and he worries a lot about you (more than he'll let you know), and needs to be within arms reach of you. He crawls around the play gym, holding your hand, showing you around.

•Snack time with Sun is the best! He's amazing at making lunches/snacks/meals. If you struggle more with food, he tries to make eating a fun thing for you. He cuts your food into little shapes, makes meals with your favorite themes/colors/animals, and always allows you to eat dessert!

•He absolutely loves arts and crafts! He gives you coloring pages, and so many crayons. He has loads of art supplies, and will gladly allow you to use whatever you want.

•For regressors who wear diapers, he's super comforting about it. Whether you actually use them or not, he doesn't want you to feel embarrassed or anything about it. He's super supportive to all littles, and loves you with all his heart.

•He's super worried about the light getting turned off! He knows what will happen if the lights turn off... And he worries so much about you. He makes sure that you know that the lights are a forbidden thing that you're not allowed to mess with.

•Sun is super clingy! Because he loves to be around you, and because he worries about you staying off alone.

•He calls you "Sunshine", "Little One", "Little Prince/Princess/Little Royal", "Sweetie", "Friend", and any nicknames you like!

•He loves cuddling up with you. For nap time, he knows it may be hard to fall asleep with he lights on, but he holds you close and blocks you from the light.

•He will hum and rock you to sleep, holding you tightly in his arms.

•He loves to dance! If you enjoy dancing too, he likes to have mini dance parties with you.

•Sun just adores watching cartoons with you! He lets you chose whatever cartoon you want, and brings tons of snacks and drinks.

•At the daycare, he'll hold your hand (or carry you) to get pizza! He'll place an order for pizza and Fizzy-Faz, and let's you have as much as you want.

•He loves feeding you. He thinks it's a really good way to bond, just scooping food into your mouth, looking at your adorable face, giving you head pats... He just loves it.

•He loves making lots of silly and fun voices for your stuffies/toys/dolls. He gives them all personalities and voices when you're playing together!

•He always tells you, and reassures you how amazing you are. He often just holds you, and gives you lots of praise. He tells you how adorable and beautiful you are, how sweet and kind you are, and how much he loves you. He always lets you know that you're safe as long as you're with him, and that nobody will ever hurt you when he's around.

Jason Todd Mood Board!! (Plus little headcannon to go along with it :3)

-I feel like Jason would be the type of little that would love blanket forts, fairy lights, and reading stories.

- Like just image him in his pjs wish a sippy full of tea (that Alfred made) and a bunch of old children books in the middle of a little blanket fort in the manor.

- The spots he likes to make his fort I feel like are mostly around Alfred. So under tables in the kitchen with a pallet under him and in whatever room the butler is gravitating towards that day.

-Alfred also helps him put up fairy lights and/or plug in night lights to light up his forts. Jason loves the twinkle and doesn't like the dark so it's a win-win.

I just feel like Jason likes to be cozy and read when tiny and big.

Hello!!!!! 👋

I woke up at 3 am today because I'm traveling to see my bestie!!! She moved away in 8th grade and this is the first time I'm going out to see her! She's also the only friend I have the knows about me being tiny! So I'm so excited!!We haven't see each other in so long and I'm so happy!! We are gonna do soooo many cool things :D

I did a Tim Drake Mood board!!!! I hope it turned out ok ish. As I've said before none of the photos are mine unless stated.

Also Ive come to the conclusion that ima learn how to refurbish clothes. I already kinda know how to sew so hopefully it'll turn out kinda ok. But I'm tired of not having cute clothes for when I'm tinie lol. So I'm gonna make them cause I can't buy them. I'm too broke. So wish me luck. I'll post when I succeed at a project.

Prom was last night! It was so fun! We went at took photos beforehand and it was so fun. I did a bunch of silly poses and I loved it :D!! I took photos with my friends and I eat macaroons!! Out of all the proms I've been to this one was the best!! Annndd next weekend I'm going to another prom for my club and hopefully that will be awesome as well! I'm very excited!

I got accepted into college this morning!! Which doesn't really relate to being Tinie but I'm so excited about it!! :D

I also got my prom dress and I've been picking out all my accessories! I feel like I'm playing dress up! I'm getting a crown and pretty ballet heels! And a pretty heart necklace! And I got two other dresses for senior pictures! :> ima feel so pretty!!!!!!! I also planning my graduation party WHICH IS GONNA BE A TEA PARTY/POS!!!! So imma be a little fairy drinking tea and getting gifts in a pretty dress :3 im so excited right now

I watched Sonic 3 final yesterday but I watched it like I watched any new movie aka very weird lol. So I watched Sonic 2 first (because I like it more lol) then watched Sonic 1 then Sonic 2 again but I watched that twice in a row. I then final got to Sonic 3 which I loved! So obviously I watched it 3 times. After that I got yelled at by my sister for watching Sonic to much :(

So in other words my Sonic obsession has grown a looooott. And now ima watch Sonic X probably......I might just rewatch all 3 Sonic movies over and over and over again. Who knows not me that who :3

Random things I want to say 🩵

- I've grown out my hair enough to put it in pig tails and I feel so cute :D

- I got my first job! And I'm so happy but at the same time very exhausted :p

- I'm on my period and I'm tiny and stressed cause it's a bad period :(

- I bought a lalaloopsy build a bear >:3 and I'm so excited for it to be shipped

- Some post that I have planned for on here are more about me (that I can update every year), posting either Pinterest clothes that are cute or make my own outfits, and maybe some mood boards!

- I've gotten a cane for my mobility and it has butterflies all over it :3
