What should the "quality 42%" look like?.。*♡✧*。

-Sleep. The average adult needs 7 to 9 hours of sleep every night.
-Physical activity. According to the WHO recommendation, we need about 30 minutes of physical activity every day. This can be anything from brisk walking to jogging.
-Social interaction. Meeting with friends/colleagues/family, people with common values helps to recover.
-Nutrition. Contemplate and explore food as if you were tasting it for the first time. Mindful eating not only brings more pleasure from food, but also prevents overeating. Ideally, enjoy your meals with family or friends.
-Active leisure. It can also be creative activities: playing musical instruments, experimenting with hobbies, reading books, walking in the park, etc. The main thing is that the activity should help you cope with stress and give you energy.
