Part three fry breaded chicken in deep fryer at 325 to 350 degrees, if your chicken has bones, lower your temp 15-20 degrees. We at Tipsy Bistro want to thank all our family, friends and great customers that we have served these past three years; but after months of fighting this pandemic, lack of sales, city regulation and closures, lack of students, faculty or even employees in the university area, even work on our building facade by our landlord during peak times that made us looked closed. Everything was an uphill battle. The last nail in the coffin was when city closed indoor dining again during the cold months. We unfortunately have thrown in the towel for this venture. We will cherish the memories, the friends we made and our valued patrons that touched our lives in these past years. We will miss Tipsy Bistro and you. If you want to purchase the same specialty foods, our sister location Tipsy Cafe & Catering in Germantown is open but as a take-out and Catering location. Take care and stay safe. See you soon.
