I've had a chat with a woman named Suad and she's trusted me to share her story with you all.

Suad is a young engineer from Gaza who was excelling in her field, and had recently been told that she is pregnant. She had a bright future ahead of her until disaster struck and Israel and their constant bombings destroyed everything she holds dear.

She and her husband are now living out of a tent like many Gazans now. They have had to struggle to find food and water, and not only this, but Suad is also trying to nurture an unborn baby without access to adequate food and the prenatal care that a pregnant mother needs.

She is fundraising now to get herself, along with her husband and their family members out of Gaza. They require $20,000 to get out of Gaza and an additional $8,000 for transfer costs and living expenses in Egypt.

As of right now, they have made only $2,732 of their goal and their situation is urgent. Suad is now nearly 9th months along and will be giving birth to her child very soon in very dangerous conditions for both herself and the baby.

people see news of 200+ palestinians being killed in one attack and scroll or think about it for about a minute then move on. but if 200+ people died in an attack in the west it would be mainstream news and all people spoke about for weeks. i know the numbers of palestinians being killed are astronomical and its impossible to keep up (which is absolutely sickeningly horrifying, there are no words), but the lack of value placed in palestinians lives and disregard shown is insane

rwby volumes 4-5 aren’t my favorites, but if there’s ONE thing about them that successfully makes me cry every time i think about it, IT’S TEAM RNJR.

ruby was seperated from her original team and thought she’d never see most of them again. jaune failed at the one task he was assigned that actually made him feel strong and dependable for the first time. nora and ren were back at square 1 with only each other to lean on, after reliving their childhood trauma all over again. ALL of them had lost pyrrha, the mutual friend who ALL of them, in their own ways, had sworn to protect.

so they formed a broken team built around their shared grief, love, fear and fragile hope. and they knew it was gonna be temporary - either because they would reach their goal or because they’d die trying - which is why they made sure to treasure every moment they had together.

and even after everything that’s happened in the story since, you can TELL the four of them rubbed off on each other and have gotten much closer. ruby barely spoke to ren or nora before rnjr happened, but now they’re all equal members of a much larger family. and that’s just really beautiful to me

Was watching dungeon meshi and met Shuro(Toshiro) and I didn't like him much, he's an interesting but the reason I'm not a fan is simply because he's not my preferred brand of recklessness, that the main party honestly has in spades, but I recently found out people call him all sorts of wild things, and omg pls leave that man alone a lot has happened to someone he loves and he's not dealing well, her brother irritates him and kind of insults him a lot and can't read him so he's always overstepping and making him uncomfortable, and he just learned they did something that can doom the woman he loves, let the man breathe, I don't like him, but guys that's no excuse to be horrible to him! He's a really sweet guy, kind of endearing, and doing his best in a shitty situation.
