You are craving. Okay, got it. So? What should I do? Give in and gain weight. Or don’t give in and protect your shape. You decide. Complaining won’t make your struggle easier. Showing people your weakness won’t make you stronger. Shut up. Eat or don’t eat, do whatever you can, but don’t complain. Get defeated or win, but quietly. Make people think it’s easy for you, make people believe you lost all that weight so easily, make people think that you’re completely in control, completely independent. You want to be thin? Act like you’re thin. You want to be strong? Act like you’re strong.

1 cup blueberries (85 calories) 1 large egg (70-80 calories) 1 small roasted skinless chicken drumstick (90 calories) ½ medium baked potato (85 calories) 1 medium apple (70 calories) 2 medium organic kiwis (95 calories) 1 small baked sweet potato (55 calories) 1 cup fresh red raspberries (65) Popcorn, microwaved or air popped as plainkernels without toppings, (36 calories a cup) Veggie burger or tofu burger patty (90 calories) Unsweetened almond milk (30 calories a cup) 1 medium tomato (22 calories)
pumpkin (30 calories per cup)
1 medium carrot (25 calories)
Grapefruit (37 calories per half grapefruit)
Rice Cakes, Plain (35 calories per cake)
Shirataki Noodles (0 Calories Per 3 Oz) They have a rather nondescript taste, but they soak up the flavors of accompanying sauces and spices beautifully. You can find shirataki noodles in liquid-filled bags at Asian markets and an increasing number of local grocery stores.
