sai has gone to therapy before, and he continues to do so every time someone goes "you really should be in therapy". unfortunately he will go in and start mirroring the therapist right back at them. thus far he's gotten absolutely nowhere but has read the konoha equivalent of the dsm-5 and armchair diagnosed whoever is in the vicinity. everyone hates this

yamato has had the same therapist he goes to on-and-off for three years. she's been actually really helpful. granted, she also doesn't know his real name and about a third of the things he tells her are outright lies, because kakashi's habits got into him too deep and by the time he noticed he felt too awkward to come clean. he still lives with the mild fear that one day he'll have to explain his nonexistent spouse, adopted child, or the fact that his 'very controlling mother' is actually orochimaru of the sannin

sasuke wouldn't go to therapy because he thinks that its only purpose is to 'fix people' and he knows that what's wrong with him isn't fixable (but if it were, he wouldn't want it to be fixed). naruto doesn't know what therapy is and if he did he'd be like well i don't need to identify and defeat my inner demons. i know exactly where he is no worries.

kakashi has gone to every therapist's office in konoha and made all of them give him equally conflicting instructions and diagnoses just so he can take whatever course of action he wants and (factually) back it up with 'this is what my therapist recommended'. sure he could lie about it but it's much funnier if he's telling the truth.

sakura won't go to therapy because she's deeply aware of how utterly fucked she is and she will NOT have that shit out in the world
