So I Jumped.

Mike Crew! I've never drawn him before, so it was fun to work out his design. I made sure to include his scar and gave him some hair color variation from around where the lightning struck. He is falling since that's his Becoming as an avatar of the Vast, and he's hold Ex Altiora, the Leitner that sent him on the path to become tied to the Vast.

It must be nice, not having a destiny...

Agnes!!! I remembered that Agnes had a connection to Hilltop Road, with the house that Agnes inherited, until she burned it down, so I wanted to draw a house as a nod to that. It is on the top of a hill because of "Hilltop Road," and there is a flame on one window and a spiderweb in another. Agnes herself is disappearing, like a ghost. Perhaps she is known as the "ghost of Hilltop Road," and maybe Cane uses that as a cover for her activities later in the series.

I am really happy that I was able to draw Gerry for this one! Due to life stuff, I made this one simpler than I wanted to, but I still like it. For the Archives, I've always headcanoned that they had stacks upon stacks of file cabinets, so that's the background. For artifact, I decided to use a Leitner. I know that they are not technically artifacts, but 'Dig' was found like an artifact, and I didn't want to draw all the details on the homophobic vase, so... we have 'Dig!'

(I'll draw the homophobic vase sometime soon, guys)

I kept Gerry's evil eye necklace from his TMAGP design in here, too, to connect the designs more (:

Is this ship art? No, but also kinda. I did not intend for this to be ship art however, I think the ship is kinda cute (lil note that Agnes is older than Gertrude, and they are pretty close in age) and I can totally see that this could be read as ship art. So, do with that information as you will. You can read it as ship art or a ritual more along the lines of the Unknowing (:

I reference Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers for the pose. I figured that this would be a type of ritual for the Desolation. Gertrude is interfering as per usual, while Agnes is trying to start her ritual. Perhaps it needed the Ceasless Watcher to help kick it off. Or perhaps the Ceasless Watcher needs to interfere.
