We have heard all 18 acts!

All of the participating songs have been revealed, and this show is now coming to a close. Thank you all for watching; now it’s time to get down to the big business: voting for HODs and televoters are now OPEN! Here’s all the details you need:

RECAP: There has been a recap of all songs made by the one, the only @keehaag! Here it is in all its glory:

HODs: All HODs are required to vote by the deadline or their entry will be dropped from the contest. To vote, send your top 10 to @childrenoftheeuroverse or @city-lights-and-shadows via direct message or ask off of anonymous, with 12 for your favorite, 10 for your second favorite, and 8 down to 1 for the remainder of your top 10 in the traditional Eurovision style. Please also include a spare (AKA your personal 11th place) if someone has to drop out!

Televoters: The televoting poll is now open HERE! You have up to five votes to give to whoever you want! You are allowed to vote for a single entry more than once, but your total amount of votes cannot exceed five. Keep in mind that any suspicious strings of votes will be deleted, so don’t be ~that~ dude lmao

HODs, you can vote in the televote alongside your own personal points! The voting window will close on the 26th of May, 2pm CEST! If you can’t submit your vote on time, always contact us so that we can arrange something to your circumstances!

Betting Poll: A betting poll is also up right now HERE! Vote for who you think will win jury, televote and the whole thing!

Additionally, HODs will be able to choose a spokesperson to present the votes of their country! Those interested should send the preferred spokesperson and any message they would like the spokesperson to give before delivering their votes to either of us! The deadline for this is the same as for voting.

JURY VOTING The three jury members ranked the songs from 1st to 7th giving their personal favorite 7 points, their second favorite 6 points, and so on. These are the full results of the jury voting.

The ranking after the jury voting is the following:

1. “Іній” (7 points) 2. “Thank You For My Way (6 points) 3. I Love You (5 points) 4. Blue Bird (4 points) 5. Synthetic Sun (3 points) 6. Freedom In My Mind (2 points) 7. Distance (1 point)

THE VOTING

The voting will be much like the actual voting of Vidbir and will be half-jury half-televote. The three jury members will award 7-1 points to their favorites and the songs recieving the highest score from the jury will recieve 7 points, the second highest-ranked song will recieve 6 points and so on. 

The televotes will be counted in a similar way. The song that recieves the most televotes will recieve 7 points, the second favorite will recieve 6 points, the thirs favorite will recieve 5 points and so on.

The jury and televoting scores will be added together for the final result. The highest score possible is 14 points and the lowest possible score is 2 points.

The voting will close on May 9th at 17:00 CET and the results will be revealed shortly thereafter.

Ukraine in the Eurovision Second Chance Contest!

we - @yodelvision, @ani-lorak, and @fragilewailmass - are officially the heads of delegation for ukraine in @esc2ndchance! we’re going to consider our own favorites, of course, but if there are any songs you’d like to suggest from ukraine’s national final - don’t be afraid to send us an ask!
