The real problem with all existing tabletop RPG adaptations of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise is that in not one of them are your core numeric stats "Teenage", "Mutant", "Ninja" and "Turtle".

How would the boys react if their close friend ( which is a Phoenix bird a hybrid) Suddenly goes like “oh no” and just erupt in the flames and turn the ash then get reincarnated from the ashes and come back saying “sorry about that”

Listen this is the funniest ask in the world but I seriously feel like they would all like “wut the hell just went down??” Except donnie, Don would just be like “nah its chill.” And his bros would be all “the heck don, that’s normal to you???”

Bc for 2012 bois after they and April had a run in with the Krang they deliver April to her apartment but her sleep deprived roommate was making pancakes and she sees the bois but doesn’t freak out cause she’s too sleep deprived for that and they’re surprised when she offers them pancakes? Sorry if this was too specific

April was saying bye to the boys when you walked into the room with a plate of pancakes

"Oh hey april. And friends- wants pancakes?"

Mikey was more concerned with the pancakes than your reaction

The others on the other hand

"Arent you like? Scared? We're giant turtles-"

You shrug "I'm running on 2 hours of sleep and several energy drinks/coffee. My brain isn't functioning so if you expected a different reaction that's why."

Donnie, the sleep deprived coffee addict that he is, totally gets it

The boys end up staying for pancakes and you hit it off with them really well

You may just become another one of their human friends

Headcanons for 2018 turts when April tells Leo that her friend is having a sleepover so they shouldn’t come to her house but Leo forgets and they crash the sleepover ? And the friend is super chill about it

"Leo are you kidding me-"

"I forgot!"

you watched as April scolded her turtle friend, his brothers standing to the side

mikey, the sweetheart that he is, waved at you

You returned it with a smile so he came over and just started causally chatting with you

His brothers and April were shocked at how chill you were

Leo shrugged at April and she shrugged back

Introductions were shared and the boys decided to crash the sleepover even further by joining it

It was an interesting night

I think that Mikey would be an amazing friend to have, sure sometimes he messes up stuff but his positive attitude can help improve the mood

Your art looks great, the only thing to improve is make the shoulders a little wider and that’s it, the way you drew the clothes was beautiful not to mention how it fit each characters’ personality!

Thank you! I actually noticed that I drew the shoulders a little smaller but I was already done so I didnt bother fixing it. And im glad you think so, I put a lot of effort into picking real clothes I felt they would wear!

Idk why but after reading the short s/o with Donnie and can just picture s/o standing on mikey’s shoulders and Both of them T posing in front of the other brothers to assert dominance

expect to have to legit climb him occasionally

"Y/N can you get the wench for me?" "Donnie everything in your lab is out of my reach."

He scolds you about climbing on counters and chairs a lot

He has to deal with you and Mikey both cause Mikey is short too

Mikey brags that he's not the shortest anymore

Donnie has caught you when you've fallen off a counter so many times

"Just ask me to get stuff for you-"

Regardless of your recklessness he thinks you're adorable and he loves to help you when you can't reach things

He would move the shelves in his lab down for you if Mikey didn't exist

"This is your recklessness level, it's incredibly high for your height."

At the end of the day he loves you no matter how many times you fall off chairs trying to reach the cookies on the top shelf

Sure thing! It'll be rather similar for obvious reasons but I'll do my best to emphasise the differences between the scenarios

Leonardo:

Things arent very obvious with leo

The stoic, serious, fearless leader is often hard to read

And man do you hate it

If you could get the slightest sign that he might like you it would make telling him a whole lot easier

You can't tell if he's just way too good at hiding it or doesn't like you

Instead of telling one of his brothers you decide to ask for solid advice

But of course when you find splinter in the dojo Leo is there with him

You politely wait for one to notice you, slightly listening to their conversation

"I'm a mutant- I highly doubt she'd like someone like me-"

You felt like you were shot in the heart with an arrow

Even if it wasnt you he meant, the thought of him feeling that way hurt

It hurt even more when he compared himself to his brothers

Saying how Raph was stronger, mikey was funnier, and donnie was smarter.

"I dont have anything to offer compared to them-"

You had had enough

"Leonardo."

He nearly jumped out of his shell as splinter gave a knowing smile

"Nothing to offer?" You quoted "leo- and no offense to your brothers- you're ten times better than all of them combined!"

You continued to basically list off everything you loved about him

You even mentioned how adorable he is when he watches space heroes

"Why wouldn't I like you?"

"Y/N I- I can't believe you think all of that."

He stood and aproached you while splinter left to leave you both be

"Can- can I uh- take out out sometime? On a date?"

"I'd love that."

(2012 Donnie anon) no problem! I just want some Donnie love to be shared

Ignore that I went back on what I said and did headcanons anyways I came up with an idea

Donatello:

of course Donnies brothers knew he liked you

It's not like it's hard to tell, especially when they know the signs

You had had a crush on Donnie for a while, being afraid to tell him for several reasons

You finally gathered the courage to tell your second most trusted turtle, Donnie not being an option obviously

If it's Raph you were watching him train. As he beat the dummy to a pulp you would slip in that you liked donnie. He'd huff a "called it." And grin at you. He'd then sit beside you and just look at you until you snapped and spilled your feelings out.

If it's Leo you found him where anyone that knows Leo would look for him, meditating in the dojo. You sat beside him and after a moment he'd ask whats wrong and you'd break down and tell him everything.

If it's Mikey you were bouncing on his bed, playing with action figures. Eventually Mikey would notice something was bothering you and he'd coax you into telling him by bribing you with pizza. Though truth be told you really wanted to tell him.

Eventually the brother you told would confront Donnie, biting their tounge about what you told them while trying to convince Donnie to confess

Donnie would snap, saying that he could never be with you because you're a human and he's just a mutant

He would mention that he couldn't take you on "real dates"

He would rant about you probably thinking dating a mutant is gross anyways

His brother just watched as he ranted and watched your frown grow over Donnie's shoulder

A very ungraceful "um... Bro?" And a nervous point at you

As soon as Don's eyes lock with yours you go off

Ranting and raving about how you dont care about dates, you think hes really cute, he's better than any human boy you've ever met.

You probably go on a side tangent about every little detail you love about him. The gap in his teeth, how he sticks his tounge out when he works. (Two things that make me die of cutness overload)

Finally his brother just backs out of the room to leave you two alone

Donnie is speechless for a moment but then he smiles softly, showing that heart stopping gap.

"Well I guess its offical then?"

You smile back

"Yeah. Now get your cute butt over here and let me hug you."

Why do you hate 2012 April? I’m just curious on your point of view, personally I’d sometimes find her annoying but tolerable

Ok so theres a lot of reasons like how she is extremely annoying, is often mean to the turtles and Casey, her overall character is lacking and doesn't live up to other Aprils.

But the biggest thing is how she treats Donnie. Because one hes my favorite. And two- I am to Donnie what Donnie is to April.
