"Lena, Lena, Lena!" Maurice shouted.

She looked up from the comic she was reading to see her older brother try to skid to a stop in front of her room but miss and crash into the wall. She started snickering, but stopped as soon as he recovered and reappeared.

"So you know how you're in that president thing?" he asked excitedly, glancing down at his phone in his hand.

"Uh, yeah?" she looked back at her comic. "What about it?"

"I've been following the whole thing and the popularity poll results were posted earlier!" he exclaimed.

That made her look up again. "Really?"

"Yeah! Here, you can see where you got!" he quickly handed his phone over.

She tossed her comic to the side and took the phone, slowly scrolling until she saw where she had landed. "Oh, fifteenth isn't bad. Lower than expected, but not bad."

"Everyone below you is good too. I read all about them and they sound interesting," he took his phone back when she held it up.

"I wasn't saying they weren't," she replied.

"The Elimination polls are next in... four days," he told her.

"Wait, why are you following all this and telling me everything? Shouldn't that be my job to do myself?" she wondered, blinking her (slightly unnerving) six eyes.

"That's for me to know and for them to find out," he twisted to look over his shoulder and winked (at whoever's reading).

" 'Them' ? Who's 'them' ?" she asked.

"... The people who vote and other competitors," Maurice replied, turning back to her.

She blinked again. "Okay, sure, whatever you say," she reached for her comic but ended up falling off her bed. "They didn't see anything, did they?"

She and I have completely different views on this. I expected to be lower, she expected to be higher. Tried not to make her sound too stuck-up, but she did switch places with Leo, so I can't try too hard. Speaking of Leo, he might show up soon with Mikey, Raph, Splinter, and maybe even April who knows?

I also tried not to make this too weird or awkward, but if it is I apologize. But also expect more fourth wall breaks

If you do not know the characters, find information about them, ask creators about them, learn about them. I am doing my best to make this fair, to figure out how to stop this from happening, but no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to be working...

Aren't my 87 turtles supposed to be the ACTUAL CANON ones? Weeell, let's just guess that they had scheduled another visit with the 12 turtles only to hit a miscalculation.

Mod answering some Questions

I love fandom spaces. I have been in fandom spaces for years, but I feel recently there has been a divide between creators and fans of said creators. As well as seeing a lot of hate towards newer or not as experienced artists. I want to bridge that gap. That is my motivation now, last year it was just for fun.

But also, no. You have to pick different characters for each question.

I am... Just here. That is all. Sometime joked about nominating me this year and now I'm in the running.

I deeply apologize, I have an animal in my home named Maize and it autocorrected. I will have it fixed in the next popularity poll (if I fix it now it will show the mistake and the fixed version as separate)

Next are questions anyone can answer.

I am a big fan of Epic. It is the first musical I've really truly fell in love with, but perhaps that is the Greek mythology lover in me. I do know if Hadestown, but I have never seen it.

It took me quite a while to realize this was the Earth Protection Force. I would hopefully put policies in place to make them a true protection force and not whatever John Bishop has in mind.

Keep making content, uplifting creators.

Great question that I'm not sure I have an answer for. I used to be a devout snacker, but that has lessened a lot in the last 2 or so years. Although I do love Cheezits.

I love peanut butter. I prefer to eat it with bananas though.
