One thing I really like about Julie and the Phantoms that I keep forgetting about is that all three of the boys have their moments of being the Doofus (tm) in different situations. At the same time, each of the boys can and will be the Practical/Smart One at varying times.

It's so much nicer than the cliche "trio but one is the Dumb Comedic Relief and the other two are smarter" that they could have easily fallen into.

My JATP days were always super fun and chaotic 'cause one day, I would make a really thoughtful post analyzing the lyrics of a song and the next day, I would be babbling incoherently about how they all wear long sleeves when bad things happen.

carrie becoming alex's gay icon and him dancing on stage with her is truly unmatched.... she walked through him TWICE??? and even tho they never bring up again the implications of the guys knowing someone's soul after someone walks through them, i like to imagine alex sending that carrie doesn't have a cruel heart, and that she could be worthy of redemption in the future.... im actually livid that we didn't ever get to see an actual alex/carrie bestie duo.... she didn't need a blonde boyfriend she needed a gay blonde best friend..... i needed to see carrie be alex's hag im so fr
