Took my new custom anthro LPS to the park, I named them Diego <3
This is a G7 135 head with bauble on a Tuesday Meow Nanana Surprise body + sculpy feets -
This is my first time using Mr. Super Clear and i gotta say I understand why everyone loves it, it honestly rocks. it leaves no texture, cures quickly despite humidity, and does not attract dust and hair- its worth the hype (rip my wallet)

Birthday present for a friend! <3
Their fursona is super similar to this littlest pet shop model so I figured that was the best way to customize it!

First custom out of the batch of 3 is finished: Cloud Bunny! The tiny cloud details were a difficult but fun challenge to tackle, and I'm pleased with how this guy came together in the end ⛅🩵
This custom is made out of an authentic LPS #3 that I had previously painted when I was a teenager. I was unable to save it, as the factory paint had already been removed with acetone. I'm so glad that I could give this bunny a new life with this refreshed design!

Second custom out of the batch of 3 is finished: Orange Dachshund! I was very nervous to paint this one, as it was my favorite out of the designs that I drew, and I really wanted to do it justice. I think she turned out well! 🍊🌼
I'm also really proud of her little flower. I used some tiny fake flowers, which I painted with fabric paint. Also cut out a couple little fabric leaves to add that little pop of green!

Finally, the third and final custom out of the batch of 3 is finished: Clown Spaniel! This gal was the most difficult to paint out of the batch, and I definitely found myself cursing my past self for making the makeup so intricate 😆
I actually had her paint job finished around the same time as the other two (I worked on them all simultaneously), but her accessories set me back a little. Figuring out how to make her collar was a bit of a struggle, but after many failed or trashed attempts and a lot of different materials tested, I finally reached something I like. Overall, I'm very happy with how everything came together, and I'm glad I took the time to keep trying new methods until I loved the result! 🥰

I customize this LPs to look like my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh! card ( I don’t play I just like the performapal cards because remind of clowns and circus vibes)
I’m making the outfit soon ( heads up I’m horrible sewing/seamstress)

10K Escape Plans Clothes Options
So, I went thru some used dolly clothes today to check for fitment!
I have found that:
Normal 11'' Rainbow High girl shoes fit well + some accessories
Rainbow High boy shoes are a larger fit to an extent that I am not sure that even adding small sock would help, but maybe it would fill the gap well enough!
Rainbow High sweaters can be worn but loosely fit, cute for an oversize hoodie look, and the arms are a hair long.
LOL Surprize! Tween clothes seem to sit well! May a little space in the chest area, but the skort is perfect!
LOL Surprise! Mini (specifically tot size, not 'little sister') Angel wings, bracelets* and glasses fit very well *The braclets can be cut to fit or installed between the arm and wrist joint

The simple joy of being a weird little guy
Dear cozy readers,
This week, I’ve been thinking about the joy of being delightfully, unapologetically weird. The internet can be overwhelming and messy, but one of its greatest gifts is the reminder that none of us are truly alone. From niche hobbies, to goofy thoughts, to the way we decorate our homes or dress ourselves, weirdness is a quiet kind of rebellion against a world that often insists we conform—and there are more of us in this “movement” than you might think.
And yes, “weird little guy” is a gender-neutral term to me. We are all weird little guys around here. Let’s celebrate!
📖 Soft Reading: "The Quiet Radicalism of Being a Weird Little Guy With Weird Little Hobbies"
If you remember last week’s newsletter where I spiraled into doom and gloom, this essay feels like the gentle antidote. Huge thanks to the author, James, for helping me reframe my hobbies as a form of resistance and serving as the inspiration for this week's newsletter: “Somewhere along the way hobbies became uncool, then they became subsumed by capitalism and the gig economy; now, it’s time for us to become unabashedly enthusiastic about something, because it may be the only way to get through all this.” Read more here.
🎮 Mindful Pastimes: Nostalgic games
I rejoined Neopets and (fan-recreated) Club Penguin at the height of the pandemic, and this was when I really learned to embrace hobbies that made me happy. And yes, that means earning coins playing Cart Surfer so I can decorate my penguin’s igloo—because everyone gets a membership now! In 2025, the world still feels heavy, and leaning into these community-based, low-stakes games is one of the few things keeping me soft.
📱 Wholesome Scrolling: Frog Witch
“Am I just someone’s weird coworker?” I ask while staring in a mirror. These intrusive thoughts? Not original. Your weird little internal monologue? Very normal. Frog Witch gets it. We are all a little unhinged, and that’s part of the charm.
📺 Calm Viewing: The Traitors (yes, all international versions on Peacock)
If you didn’t already know: I am a big, unapologetic reality TV fan. Survivor. Big Brother. Love Is Blind. I will die on the hill that these shows are a form of educational social anthropology. With The Traitors, there is nothing cozier than scheming in a Scottish castle, complete with misty highland views and dramatic tartan fashion. Alan… Claudia… please adopt me. 🫖 Simple Bites Drinks: Homemade Iced Tea As a recovering strawberry açaí refresher addict, I’m trying to stay hydrated without handing Starbucks my money. Here’s my current go-to: 1. Boil a large saucepan of water. 2. Steep your favorite tea (bagged or loose leaf). 3. Transfer to a clean pan or pitcher, cover, and chill in the fridge. 4. Once it’s cold, pour into mason jars with lemon slices. Now you’ve got a fancy little treat ready to go with no $6 price tag attached. 🐝 Comfort Item: Beeswax Wraps Living alone has many joys… and many jars. This is something my upper body strength did not prepare me for, but thankfully my beeswax wraps are the strong roommates I didn’t know I still needed. Oh yeah, and apparently you can use them to wrap sandwiches when you leave the house…for all you non-homebodies out there. 💭 Warm Thoughts "I’ll never be like other people, but that’s alright because I’m a bear." — Paddington Bear
Stay cozy, stay weird, and I’ll see you next time. 🐸🕯️💫
