it's almost a year anniversary since the birth of the helm!

it was the hardest art project I've ever worked on, but so worth it. the euphoria of donning her and being a fuzzy animal is unmatched. she's still technically a work in progress but here's some photos of the process of making her, plus the first party I ever wore her too.

I'm going to be leaving social media for a long time. Life has been unbearable for ages, so many misfortunes compounding without relent, but losing her has made me realize how much needs to change about the way I'm existing if I actually want to survive. Muffy passed away last night. She was comfortable and peaceful and happy at home and I was lucky enough to be with her until the end. Thank you everyone who has ever cared for her. She was a good ferret and the best friend I could have ever asked for and I'm grateful she was so beloved.
