I don't mean to boast guys (I'm really trying to be humble)...But today at work 💼 there were quite a few that were sick 😷!!! If you ask me how I am doing...I am FANTASTIC!! Normally I would say I HATE this weather because I would ALWAYS get sick, but now...I don't mind it because my vitamin supplements have allowed my immune system to defend, maintain, and repair. (Haven't been to a doctor in 7 months for shots and meds) Remember- communication is key 🔑 When your cells are connecting and communicating like they should, the inside of your body is activating as a whole and not in parts.
