Don’t know if you’re taking any sterek rec’s yourself, but The Bonds that Bind by applejuice382 is about Stiles and Derek getting captured and held prisoner together, and then a mating bond is forced on them. But Derek won’t tell Stiles about it. So Stiles has no idea while Derek is protective and angsting hard over his mate. Plus the additional angst of Derek knowing Stiles was his True Mate since they met and he never said that either.

The Bonds that Bind by applejuice382

Stiles is just trying to prevent the next supernatural problem from gracing their doorstep. Derek is just trying to keep his pack alive (and ignore the desperation that crawls under his skin whenever Stiles is near). When Stiles goes deep into the preserve to investigate a string of murders, he and Derek are kidnapped by an unknown group and locked in a basement with no escape. Every night brings new suffering, and each day there is nothing to occupy themselves with except each other. The two will have to lean on one another to keep their sanity intact, and they’ll have to work together to escape. Too bad they annoy the shit out of each other.
