Implementation Oriented TOGAF®  Online Virtual Classes
Our live virtual TOGAF®   course is very popular among IT professionals. This is because our training promises that participant will be fully ready to implement an Enterprise Architecture project after completion of the course.  We ensure this by adopting below philosophy and methodology.
My son one day was explaining to me about kilowatt. During discussion we wanted to find out the amount of electricity bill I have to pay for running ceiling fan. This dot connection has not been given in text books. I pay 8 INR for 1 unit of electricity in my apartment. So he googled and found out that the ceiling fan consumes 75 wat in an hour. This translates to 13 hours of fan usage to consume 1 Unit of electricity for which I pay 8 INR.
We follow the same elaboration to understand process and technical details in implementing vast and complex details of TOGAF. E.g.  We simplify “Conceptual Structure” of Architecture Governance by demonstrating Business Process Modelling Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) in SparX EA Tool.
We demonstrate Diagram Driven Architecture using ARCHI Tool. You can see the video at https://ea-training.com/training-courses/enterprise-architecture
We systematically elaborate Vendor implementation of Architectural diagrams in High end EA Tools. We cover 32 Architectural diagrams spread across  four architecture domains of
 Business Architecture
Data Architecture
Application Architecture and
Technology Architecture
We demonstrate diagram driven Gap Analysis, Work Package Creation and Architecture Roadmap creation.
Above approach gives a very clear understanding of the subject matter to the candidates. Besides high end course delivery we provide accredited study kit in an organized manner which help candidates prepare for certification examination.  The folder structure is so intuitive that candidate does not have to put in any effort to remember location of specific study material.
Above are the reasons that our passing percentage is 97%. One will have to work very hard to fail in certification exam after joining our affordable Virtual classes.

6 Step approach to IT Services During 2021-23
Now a day due to Covid pandemic many organizations are taking extreme measures to manage their Information Technology needs. Many Organizations in USA have reduced dependency on IT services that are being supported from India. Instead they are doing local sourcing for critical projects and shunting non critical ones.
This approach is a tactical to address immediate chaos. We need to have a strategic approach to address this issue for next 3 years. Based on my 3 decade Global IT experience I would like to give following recommendations to address IT needs of the Organizations.
1.       Identify Strategic  IT needs
These are unprecedented times. There is no hurry to decide anything. Use standard strategic approaches like TOGAF to decide your business goals and IT needs.
2.       Prioritize modules
Break large goals into smaller goals and then prioritize them based on Risk and Value assessment techniques. Business involvement is mandatory in this process.
3.       Select Module expert and work collaboratively
Ultimately the business processes have to be implemented using IT. Select the best service provider and explain them the work to be achieved. Ensure that Service provider appears enthusiastic about the project and has done similar work in past. They must sound sincere and quickly able to show initial coding results. Follow agile methodology to be in synch of what is being developed and what is expected. Do not wait for more than a week to check the progress and see the outcome. If there is mismatch in expectation scrap the project. There is absolutely no need of a blame game.
4.       Use Sprint approach to be in the full know
I must highlight that business owns the IT work and not vice versa. It becomes duty of developing team to keep the progress very clear and understandable to customer. If IT cannot keep business informed then cancel this project. This approach will stress upon development team to be pro-business and report pro-actively.  Please maintain this approach for internal or external IT teams.
5.       Develop next module after first module success
If you have been able to achieve above then next module should be attempted. If you are happy with the first team then rehire them. Learning from first module will help you excel in second module and so on.
6.       Go Slowly but surely
Please remember not to hurry at any point in time. Give enough time for all facets o strategy and implementation. Do not wait to check outcome at end. Check intermittently.
