we kinda tongue-in-cheek call it "hometown"! like, if a fictive is talking abt "source" memories, they'll often say "back in my hometown..." or something similar!! for us it just feels. better? more natural? more acknowledging of their personhood?
does anyone have an alternative word for source for introjects? for us it just seems too, objectifiying kinda?? & for parts that dont ID with their "source" but still ID with who/what they introjected(? wording) of its extra weird
(no hate to anyone to uses or likes the word source :3)
