To say that the situation has been hectic would be an understatement, but rest assured, I am well enough to be able to help stabilize the Clan. There is no need to worry; actions are being taken to ease the Chairman's return.

That being said, there is much more to be done. Many smaller functions of maintaining the clan have fallen to the wayside- namely the Suggestion Box. A number have gone unreviewed during this turbulent period.

Unfortunately, it is not only our Chairman who has been targeted. Captain of the Tojo Clan and Interim Chairman Kashiwagi Osamu was also attacked, and we can confirm that the attempt was successful. This is one among many reasons that Tojo HQ functions have been in disarray. Responsibilities have had to be delegated out in a way that is less than preferable, but we will manage.

While there are still many more submissions in the box, Majima-san did surprisingly well in organizing them. Though I am curious about what submissions he supposedly answered.

It has become apparent to me that some of these submissions are... woefully out of date. I apologize for the severe delay.

I have addressed this to some degree. I can only say this:

The Fourth Chairman does not wish to be associated with Tojo, yet it has become increasingly clear that despite his very brief tenure as Chairman, the mark he left on the Clan is lasting and permanent. It is a legacy he fails to take even the slightest responsibility for.

One would hope a "legend" would have been willing to do the bare minimum to make good on that reputation. Or at the very least, for the sake of those he supposedly cares about.

I never met the man myself, and therefore I cannot provide any particularly valuable insights on him. I can only say that my understanding of him is filtered through distant, oddly mythic retellings of Tojo history that this clan seems so fond of.

Opinions about these two are divisive, to say the least. The Sixth Chairman's thoughts on the Nishikiyama family and their first patriarch are equally complicated.

Regardless, I appreciate the opportunities the Nishikiyama family had allowed me when I first joined the Clan. For that, they have my gratitude.

I do apologize to the members of the family who continue to be productive members of Tojo despite the less-than-ideal working conditions. I assure you, Kanda has been spoken to about his various shortcomings. I don't anticipate him being a problem going forward.

There's no need for concern. While I am not aware of Majima-san answering any submissions, he did have permission to engage with the suggestion box. I requested that he empty the box and prepare submissions for review while I was away on business in Yokohama, to which he eventually relented agreed.

Ideally, I would have asked Kashiwagi-san, but these are the circumstances we must work under.

I do think that is something that we could potentially provide; there is already one such location I can think of, but I would have to discuss further with Majima-san to arrange this once things settle. Unfortunately, this will have to be shelved for another day.

I would ask that those who submitted these questions refrain from needlessly murdering Gondowara-san, the hostess' family, or anyone for that matter. These are small, petty grievances that are not worth the retaliation you will face. I hope this is sufficient enough "constructive criticism".

Gatorade has a very carefully curated diet that does not allow for random treats. Still, the sentiment is appreciated. If you would like to know his schedule and see the pre-approved list of treats he can have, I can arrange to have it emailed.

He is up to date with all of his shots and is in excellent health. I was told that he was very well-behaved during his checkup.

He does seem to have taken an interest in Clan finances, but I don't think he's ready for that sort of responsibility.

At the moment, Katase is watching him. She tells me he is well, and I trust that he is in good hands until I return to Minato.

Last year, the Tamashiro family was engaged in land acquisition for a project that has since been canceled. Currently, they simply maintain a Tojo presence in Okinawa, but I'm certain they'll be of value soon enough.

I only wish they were more professional.

I would hope that any closeness between myself and the Chairman is not interpreted as any favoritism. Despite our friendship outside of the office, I assure you this does not impact in-office professionalism.
