-> Create a communication card if you’re prone to lashing out at others. Instead of trying to engage in a conversation where you know you can’t be kind, prepare something ahead of time. Picsart can be a very good tool for creating simple cards like that!

-> Write in a journal or talk to your stuffies about any mean or harsh thoughts you can’t tell others- your stuffies won’t tell anyone, promise!

-> Identify triggers to try and avoid them, or find management for them. Writing down what upsets you can be helpful to reflect back on and learn from.

-> Always remember that you aren’t a bad teeny for having big feelings. It’s okay to be angry, to have tantrums, to not know what to say or do. You can navigate this- you are strong and valuable. ♡

I'm personally not a huge fan of the existing agere flags just due to how like ... nonspecific a lot of them are, I wanted something far more general and defined that wasn't stuff like "childhood innocence" or wtvr ykwim!! Something that included all regressors (or as many as I could fit in .-.) without also, like, defining others out of it.

Anyone can use !! Feel free to idk. go to a flag service and get it put on your wall. that'd be awesome. make pins make art I very much want it used it isn't a personal flag its an Everyone flag

Explanations for stripe meanings under cut !!

I put "boyre/girlre/enbyre" instead of "boy regressors" "girl regressors" "enby regressors" etc because boyre/etc is more general - sometimes a regressor ISN'T a boy but they do participate in boyre, yknow?

Ik including age incongruancy/dysphoria and dualcom is gonna piss some people off but I also feel its important because. age regression can be for anyone not just the regressors that are "ok" with most. And as a dualcom age dysphoric regressor I'm sick of not being included so <3

oh to have a real agere daycare!

everyone would have hooks with their names above to hang up their coats and little cubbys to put their belongings in! carers could sign their babies in or regressors could do it themslves with the help of a carer on staff! <3 it'd be such a warm, welcoming, judgement free place where everyone can safely be themslves...💭

there would be a quiet, soft and safe room for baby regressors to crawl around and play with toys! so many foam blocks to build with and stuffies to cuddle! there would be highchairs for snacks, and little inside tents for the babies that like to play alone and cribs for nap time with little nature themed mobiles above them!

and for the tots and kiddos, there would be baskets upon baskets of toys, from cars to barbies, to action figures! and there'd be a huge playground and field outside for recess! we'd have hopscotch, four-square, jungle gyms, swings, and so many slides... there's be pavement to color with chalk, bubbles to blow, tricycles and scooters to ride! and in the field, kiddos can play soccer and tag with one another <3

there'd be a community garden where our little helpers can pitch in and we'd grow all sorts of fruits, veggies, and plants! and at the end of each harvesting season, our leaflings will all get to take something home with them!

for the middles, they'd have their own room with game consoles, just dance, a computer lab, a craft station, and much more! we'd make super cool crafts like origami, mini plushies, bracelets, and more! there'd be a free library full of picture and chapter books to read, a cozy nature-themed reading corner with bean bags and a fake tree with animal hand puppets to play with!

Why did i make a post about this topic?

Simple! as someone who has struggled with $H for years it’s important to know that even though relapsing happens you’re not a failure!

i thought i was alone a lot of the time whenever i had a bad episode that lead to times like this, especially while regressed, and this is actually something my Cg tells me whenever i find myself in a bad stop, is that for every step you take back, you have the opportunity to take 3 steps forward. and to “stop and think the best you can” but he also understands that it can be hard sometimes to stop and think of 3 steps, but he’s always there to remind me that it’s okay

Now. I know that making collages on here is so much fun! I do it too. I love spending time making them with the regressors/littles in the system! But recently there's been a spike in something deeply concerning with these photo collages.

We cannot use real kiddos, okay? As a mom myself, I know how upset and hurt id be if someone posted my kiddo on one, and we would never want to make another person uncomfortable or upset right, peach?

Don't use real kids. As nice as I am being in this post, little loves, I am deadly serious. The internet is not a safe place for minors, never has been. Don't subject actual LITTLE children to the internet when you have no place. Especially since I know you don't know the kids you are putting in these collages.
