Welcome Back!
Firstly I鈥檇 like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to tombullough.co.uk. I hope that you find the resources useful and will hopefully聽give you an insight into my views and methods for developing athleticism through Strength & Conditioning.
With the golf season on countdown, it鈥檚 that time of year where we all want to go and play with all the new gear from Christmas, shelling hundreds of balls on the range. But is it really worth it? Here is our thought, why not try some home exercises which will no doubt get you feeling better, moving better, playing better and will definitely impress your playing partners in the 1st comp of the year!
Over the next few weeks or so, we will discuss different training advice with the help of exercise videos which will help improve your technique and develop a better understanding on how your body works. We guarantee that by trying out a few exercises, stretches and mobility movements you鈥檒l be ripping it off the tee in no time! After all, the most important piece of equipment on the course is YOU!
