##💥 ABOUT INK!SANS

I'll try to make a Ink!sans with lowkey the personality created by comyet, with some of my own characterization too (maybe I'll make a post about that later)

Ink's personality is in Comyet's post talking about him, I'll leave the direct link and some facts to have in mind from her post too

He’s a mischief-maker. Pranks are his guilty pleasure.

Ink in general acts wittily and provocatively.

With him hardly having a proper social understanding, he’s blunt in his teasing and mocking just like in his ability to give support and to be kind.

I'll try to characterize him in a way that he can sometimes be quite bad at noticing/using his own words, so you know he's not being mean, he's just, Ink (you can also add in your ask to him to be "nice" at you to make him think more in his words for you)

Okay so the new error!sans thing seems really cool but I'm still pretty confused? Any chance of a brief overview of like... what he's doing>? I feel like I'm missing something--or is it just supposed to be confusing at this point?

I’ll say this. ErrorSans is a confusing, nightmare mess. His powers are vague and confusing. HE doesn’t make any sense.And this is intentional, mostly because he’s COMPLETELY insane.What is known for sure, is that he seems hell-bent on destroying AU’s, whoever he considers a ‘glitch’ or an ‘anomaly’, and his parameters are EXTREMELY vague. It comes down to, if he doesn’t like it? Its a glitch. Its an abomination. Its an anomaly. And this seems to extend to any and everything. Its almost as if his ‘job’ to ‘exterminate anomalies/ect’ is like an excuse of some sort. Because if he has a REASON for his behavior, he can blame his behavior on that.‘Oh, I’M a glitch too, but I’M the only one taking out all these anomalies’‘Well, its a thankless job but SOMEONE has to do it’He’s EXTREMELY hypocritical, but he’s insane, so he’d never put it together. His ‘job’ is a great excuse to hurt people, but he can’t even tell its probably just an excuse. His existence is some sort of error, and his thought process, doubly so. My ask blog gets SO MANY ASKS asking this specific stuff, about how what he says and does doesn’t connect, and doesn’t make sense. And this is why.He is MEANT to be confusing. A fun little thing about Error!Sans maybe people would like to know

In the ‘AskErrorSans’ blog, ErrorSans is pretty much alone the entire time. The only ANYONE he talks to, are the ‘voices’. Or, otherwise, everyone asking him questions. But technically, he is isolated and alone. So as people ask him questions, he’s in an environment he’s comfortable in, not really talking to anyone directly (pretty sure the stuff with the orange heart anon and wonderful handshake friend blitz is a hallucination of his, and he’s semi-aware of that, because he’s in his comfort zone- aka this anti-void place nonsense). When he’s alone and relaxed, he’s a big adorable (very unstable) dork who does puppet shows and watches AUs he likes slightly more then others do fun things. But the moment he’s on the hunt, or on the job? All that drops. Evidence, is part 1 of the Underswap comic. He’s there to do business. Therefore, NO ONE really sees the less intense, dorky side of the guy, because he only acts like that in isolation. In another AU? He’s immediately defensive, and ready for anything. Primarily a very twisted version of fun. I dunno, I felt like this needed to be said. Is that ONLY when he’s alone does he let down his guard a little bit. If he’s alone in someone else’s AU? Yeah he might relax, play out a scene in puppets, all that jazz, but near anyone living? Nope. At least, if he’s AWARE of them, he’s certainly defensive. I think I also had to post this, because I was scrolling through some stuff, and someone said ErrorSans was ‘far too edgy’ for them. It made me laugh, because this dork is hardly edgy. Just very. very. unstable. Physically, and mentally.
