The video that made a Courteney Cox a star. It's also the biggest hit of this "Boss" man's career.  From 1984...

No More I Love You's by Annie Lennox
Even though it has been almost 2 full weeks since Valentine's Day, it doesn't mean we shouldn't be saying those three magic words. The title of this iconic, gender-role bending, vocalist's 1995 hit seems to suggest otherwise. One of my all time faves...

Flashback Friday!
Round and Round by Tevin Campbell
The "circular" debut single of the then 14 year old protege of Prince. The song was featured in Prince's highly publicized sequel (and box office bomb) to Purple Rain. Much like his mentor, this young artist's relevance diminished significantly in the early/mid 90's and he eventually gave up music altogether.

Lady Marmalade by Christina Aguilera, P!nk, Mya & Lil Kim
When i was a very little boy, i used to think this song was about the Aunt Jemima or Mrs. Butterworth of the orange jam industry.
When they remade the song in 2001, i realized my "Breakfast Beauty" was also a hooker.

Roam by The B-52's
This band (named after the hairstyle, not the airplane) could have used this hit in advertisements for any airline or travel agency. Taken from their phenomenal album, Cosmic Thing - which truly does not have a bad song on it.

Tom Sawyer by Rush
This song, by a Canadian progressive-rock band (with arguably the greatest drummer in rock history), shares its name with a beloved American literary classic novel's title character.  The novel came out in 1876...the song, 1981.
And yes, this one's for you, Dad. Happy Birthday!

It's All Coming Back To Me Now by Celine Dion
This epic power ballad (written by Jim Steinman, who also wrote I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won't Do That) was also originally intended for Meat Loaf to record back in the 80's. However, when Mr. Loaf decided again and again not to record it for immediate release on whatever forthcoming album he was set to release, Steinman took it back...and gave it instead to this now legendary diva who became one of the biggest selling artists in music history.
