i really enjoyed. getting to meet. a couple of our followers. at touhoufest this year. i was very nervous. from. suddenly switching out. and being in public for. basically the first time. but. they were very nice. and said things. that made me smile. and i know. that i’ll remember it very fondly. as a great con memory.

did you know that in the video game Omori. when they characters' hp becomes zero, they become "Toast" and their character portraits are swapped for a slice of toasted bread. until such time as they can be revived by an item called "Life Jam" that gets spread across said toast.

How does this make you feel? Would you consider this a positive or negative representation of toast in media?

I think that. this is. a beautiful. use of toast. in media. and properly represents. the ways that. life. and death. and toast. intersect.

which is to say. we all stem from toast. and we shall all. return to it. and only by. properly enjoying toast. can we truly live.
