Phantom will jab their spear in front of them, dealing 30 damage and BLEEDING I for 10 seconds. 

There is a 1/100 chance for Phantom’s spear to rip off a limb, permanently giving the survivor SLOWNESS I for the rest of the round or until death.

CHEMICAL OVERREACTION: ”OH #### IT GOT IN MY EYES- AAAAAAAAAA” -Victim 

Phantom will be able to launch the flaming alcohol at an angle where the camera is facing. Breaking on impact and leaving a small burning area behind for 40 seconds.

If a survivor steps over the flames, Phantom is given Speed I for 10 seconds, while the survivor gets inflicted with Burning I and Slowness II for 10 seconds. Both Phantom and the survivor will also have their auras revealed to each other.

THERMAL CAMERA: “The radio only plays in black and white” -████ ████

Phantom will look into a screen and the aura of the nearest survivor is revealed to him. The aura remains revealed until his screen disappears, in which it will linger for an additional 2 seconds.

COMPOUND FRACTURE: ”Bad things happen to good people, good things happen to me!” -Phantom

Phantom rips out one of his ribs and throws it. If a survivor is hit by the projectile, they take 15 damage and are inflicted with Slowness I for 4 seconds.

REWIND: “Yahhh, it's rewind time.” -Will smith

Phantom taps his staff on the ground. Rewinding the timer and the survivors by 10 seconds. Making cooldowns, health, stamina, and positions go back by 10s.
