Today's cookies would be pinwheel cookies except I forgot to pick up ingredience at the store and dont feel like going to the store today, so fudge squares it is! I went with Country Fresh Fudge for these.

As expected for a block of fudge, these are very soft and taste like fudge. Surprisingly to me, I don't find them very appealing. Not bad, but it seems that fudge is something I enjoy as part of something, but not to have on its own, like sprinkles or peanut butter.
