stay very hungry. make it a personal challenge to stay as hungry as possible. try to go all day. make it a personal challenge to run 6 miles a day, every week day. don't stop the motion of your legs. it will hurt, but that's the feeling of weakness leaving the body. the feeling of weight burning. the feeling of muscle growing. weigh in and blog in the morning. weigh in post workout to remind yourself not to eat. not to lose the progress. we can DO THIS. it will be a process but we are on the way. i want to wake up to 139 flat. back to setting goals.
