{{ heyo, just wanted to address something that's been slowing me down in terms of writing lately:

there's a lot going on where i live, and it's affecting me quite a bit emotionally...

i really don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but i would really like my mutuals and partners to understand that i will be try to be a little bit more selfish in terms of how i write things moving forward.

this means that i will not force myself to be beholden to any particular schedule or time limit for any ongoing threads. sometimes i may reply to one thread more often than the other, due to my own muse.

i ask that you please don't assume that i have grown to dislike you or think that your ideas are poor, or that i am no longer interested in what you are offering. in turn, please know that i will not take it personally if you do the same thing with me; i like seeing you write, even if it's not related to me.

i have learned that i overcompensate to try to make my partners feel better if they come to me asking for assurance, and that it has begun to hurt me... i cannot be there all the time to assure my partners directly anymore. it's too much.

from the start, i've wanted to run my blogs with that mindset; spontaneous, excitable, and carefree. 💜

if we are mutuals, especially if we have a ship, and we have done things together, i will always treasure what you write, especially if it's with me/for me.

if there are threads hanging between us, i am sorry if it stays hanging. please take my continued following as a sign of my care. i may pepper in asks, comments, and replies here and there as well, but the absence of them should not be a sign that i no longer care.
