@laurak-wx23:
Moving to a new place was always rough, especially since he wasn’t exactly in the middle of the woods, miles away from his nearest neighbor anymore. It had his anxiety in pieces. The only thing keeping him together was Scout. The dog had failed his service training perfectly to match with Grayson, tending to freak out and run away when his owner became distressed or had an attack instead of helping. Grayson just needed the heads up and dogs could sense when something was off a lot quicker than humans.
So, with the dog next to him, he had the chance to experience things he never had before. Like, going to a bar. The mean-looking german shepherd behind him, Grayson walked into the rough-looking bar and took a seat at the bar. He reckoned a drink or two might make him feel better, so he looked at the bottles, clearly a little lost at what to order. He’d drunk before, but it’d been just cheap beer.

CHARACTER SURVEY
general info Name/Alias: Grayson Walker/Toxic. Age: 21. Gender: Cismale. Preferred Pronouns: He/Him/His. Team/Group: None. Faceclaim: Froy Gutierrez. Penned by: W.
quick facts Any special abilities/skills?: Poison Emission. Human? Something else?: Mutant. Three positive traits (+): Intelligent, resourceful, self-disciplined. Three negative traits (-): Solitary, diffidence, pessimistic.
brief background Grayson knew there were other mutants out there, but he’s never met one personally. He grew up in a very conservative household with a strict father. Accidents happened with his powers manifesting at just eleven-years old and one of those accidents involved the death of his parents. He’s been on the run since. During the Thanos madness, Grayson kept in hiding, keeping to himself as he didn’t see how he could possibly help. Now that mutants were making themselves known and in the news more, he isn’t sure what to make of it. He’s living off an overwhelming fear that his powers may hurt someone he cares about again -- so, he stopped caring about people. After being chased out from his last living area by some men hunting him down (associates of his late father), he finds himself in new york.
questionnaire How has your character been maintaining his/her/themselves since the comeback of the decimated?
--- Having been one that had been snapped away, Grayson doesn’t remember much about leaving or coming back. He tries not to think about it. He’s kept to himself and tried his best to live his life as normal as possible, without giving anyone reason to believe he’s a mutant.
What are your characters feelings about the mutants and their offer? If a mutant, what are your characters feelings about the human hesitation to accept the offer
--- It doesn’t surprise Grayson that humans are unwilling to accept the offer. He isn’t quite sure he’d join alongside the other mutants if found or attempted for recruitment, but he does think mutants would be better separated in their own space from humans.
Does your character have any ill-feelings or good thoughts about the Registration Act?
--- He has very negative feelings about the registration act, especially considering it would unmask everyone and that would put a lot of families on top of vigilante heroes at risk.
Is your character willing to put his/her/themselves on the line again for the betterment of the world?
--- If he thought he could help, he would want to. But, he doesn’t, so no.
