Chuckys voodoo magic abilities are BLASTED ten fold in the fog. He cant pick up survivors, how ever he collects blood of each of them much like oni and fills up their voodoo dolls.

The more powered up a voodoo doll is the more control he has. Like he can disable your perks and damage you from far away. He has to hook the dolls to hook survivors but it works the same way

even  after  his  design  change,  i  still  write  him  slightly  more  serious  then  the  movies  started  to.  as  in--   actually scary.  Chucky  plays  with  his  victims.  he gets a kick out of the power control and taunts people before killing them. he actually LIKES being a doll, because if he can terrify someone as a doll its even better
