Some possible Toyohisa x Yoichi moments from the newer Drifters manga chapters... In Chapter 65, Yoichi glomps (I think?) Toyohisa. In Chapter 70 Yoichi gets upset about Toyohisa risking his life to cover the army's retreat. Yoichi slaps him.
Toyohisa seems to take this as Yoichi wanting to join him in covering the retreat and begs Nobunaga not to allow Yoichi to do so. Seemingly, Toyohisa doesn't want to Yoichi to die.
