Ironman Louisville 2014 will go down in history as one of the most challenging IM races in recent history with a heat index of 100. The race has now moved to October which should make for much better weather conditions.

My new favorite cross training is CrossFit! Loving the rope and eventually as I get stronger I'll be able to climb it and do rope pull-ups. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

This is my new favorite treat! If you haven't tried Primal Chocolate I highly recommend you pick some up, it's amazing. All of the in refiners are dairy free, gluten free, soy free and cane sugar free. It's clean and fair trade. The fig and almond is strong yet a bit bitter tasting, it's like going from having sugar and cream in your coffee to black. Over time you enjoy the natural taste. The coconut butter cups are my replacement to York Peppermints. Normally I would house the whole thing but a few bites over a half our was just enough and I still have half the cup left.
