If transphobes, zealots, and trolls could read, they’d be very upset.
So many people used this pic for sissy captions in the past, yet few can recognize who’s the mystery girl behind it. I’m here to shed some light about the origins of this pic: This is a cosplay of Panty Anarchy from the anime Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. Yes, that’s an actual name. Nope, Panty Anarchy is anything, but a sissy. Sure, she’s definitely a proud slut, and her attire may resonate with the sissy scene, but she’s definitely not a sissy girl. She’s also not trans, but that’s not the point of why I’m using this pic.
The point is that many people still think that trans girls are the same as sissies and that we all fall under some kind of kink or fetish. Nope, they are different from each other. Transgender is a recognized gender identity and their existence is being challenged daily by anti-trans laws and hate. Sissy is a kink or fetish involving the “punishment” of adopting feminine traits and is not recognized as a gender or identity.
So no, trans women and sissies are not the same. We are proud of our feminine gender and we are not giving up our right to exist.
Also, the fact that Transgender Day of Visibility and Easter fall under the same day shows how many people are getting mad over a small group of people showing that they exist while preaching about the resurrection of a deity who treated everyone equally with love. There’s really no hate like Christian love.
