Fandom Friday, 6/14: Fanfiction!

Hello and good morning to you all, and welcome once again to another Fandom Friday. As always, this is your host Coffeelorian or if you prefer, just plain Coffee, back with another round of fanfiction from around the vast fandom that is Star Wars.

Before we get started, however...there seems to be a feeling of collective disappointment going around certain fandoms these days, specifically if one is a fan of Varada Sethu. On the one hand, her character in Doctor Who (Belinda Chandra) has some random child dropped into her lap after reportedly stating that she didn't want to be a mother; on the other hand, even though the risk of being unalived in Andor was real for everyone, her character (Cinta Kaz) seemed to be the one to get the ax right after she could have easily been happy and safe instead.

Therefore, as it is Pride Month and the fix-it fanfics are already being made...is it too soon to put a random crossover idea out into the ether and see what happens? Could these two meeting in the World Between Worlds end up saving the life of one, as well as giving the other a better ending that didn't rely on outdated stereotypes for female characters? I don't normally talk about things like this, I know...but if it's possible for anyone to be inspired, I'd like to be one of the folks to help others get their stories going. Please let me know in the comments or reblogs if this could be a thing; and hopefully we can follow up on these ideas as soon as possible.

I love the concept of Maul blaming everything wrong in his life on kenobi.

But consider the concept of any time someone makes a good battle strategy he credits it to Ahsoka. Not because he likes her but because she’s the only one he even kinda respects.
