i still do not understand what possessed so many well-respected actors to do the spy kids movies like

We talk about hand-eye coordination, but in Sawamura and Miyuki’s case, it’s their eyes that bring about that coordination. Always speaking volumes with just one look, coordinating their calls/pitches to bring about those perfect strikes! 

I really do love these moments where Sawamura shines as a pitcher. Especially when the opponents, and sometimes even the crowd, underestimate him. And when he does pitch - they are never prepared for what the encounter. Satisfying moments indeed!
