Being a part of the firm, I had a great exposure which definitely added up to my own proficiency and helped me raise my potential with the tasks provided to us by the firm in the form of SOP’s. The tasks were a step forward for strengthening the personality. All the things were possible with a cooperative and dedicated team leader Ms Susmita DasGupta. She has strong leadership skills that are very useful in influencing the trainees to reach their goals. She inspired and motivated and guided me to meet the company’s target. She was very well clear with the vision to the team and offered encouragement. She generally kept a functioning and solid correspondence inside the group and consistently centred around empowering, committed, worked together and sets aside some effort to go through with the partners.

The firm itself was aimed in making the youth and women self-reliant, so as the youth will lead the cooperate world with better and innovative ideas.
