AITA for letting three kids die?

I was patrolling at the border with two coworkers earlier today when we saw three toddles fall into the water. One of my coworkers tried to go to their rescue, but I told them not to do it, because they were probably already dead. Then we saw them resurface and cry for help, and my coworker tried to go and help them again, but I ordered her to stay put because she couldn't put herself in danger for kids we didn't know.

Now I think what I did and said was perfectly reasonable, it's not like I killed them myself or anything, but their ghosts appeared to me in my dreams and told me I was an AH for that so AITA?

if anyone is curious the flower choices for my medicine cat laurels that are set in stone are currently yellowfang with buttercups (new beginnings but also sarcasm), cinderpelt with magnolias (perseverance) and jayfeather with blue orchids (uniqueness and spirituality)

making this a separate post but also aside from the obvious and more important Racism i think using feathers in warrior cats designs its just. really Boring. like flowers have an infinite amount of symbolism that you can pick and choose for a character design to hint at aspects of their story especially for some of the fandom favourite medicine cats. red spider lilies for shadowsight for example because they're a symbol for incoming death

forgive me if someone's done this already but im surprised nobody has proposed the new warrior cats design trend/meme to be yellow eyed dark brown toms. so that would be tigerstar (the first), brokenstar, heavystep and oakstar (mapleshade's vengeance)
