Ooc: The thing is, those probably won't work because with the dwarves/ogres the CBU-97 will still see you underground and an EFP can definitely penetrate as deep as one could dig given the short time span. But even if it couldn't, this is a human technology meaning most elves (and even humans) probably have never heard of it, let alone prepare for an attack by one.
As for the Psionopaths, I doubt one could deflect an EFP. This is because a Psionopath's force field likely has a point in which it would break, I say this because we know that a more powerful blue force field exists, and they wouldn't need a more powerful one if the previous could withstand anything.
