Not all leadership shows up in the title.
Sometimes the real leaders are the ones in the back — showing up, working hard, and making sure things run right. 💪
Respect goes both ways. If people feel unheard or unappreciated, they stop caring. Its as Simple as that.
Real leadership? It’s about effort, not ego. 🙌
“A good leader motivates, doesn’t mislead, doesn’t exploit.”
– Proverbs 16:10
Standards are meant to be raised — not just maintained. 🔥

This week was my reflection week.
While walking.
I recognize how I got to this point in my life today. I never understand why those things happen. And I never get to understand it. Until when God speaks to me and God says in Jeremiah 29: 11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
This message touched my heart and caused me to start crying. For so many years, God has been speaking in so many ways.
And this week he spoke to me again with comfort and peace.
Yes Lord, you never fail.
Our God is a God of love languages. Yes, he is. One of these is his constant presence. When you need him the most, he is always there. This is a reminder that his presence is omnipresent in every season.
I tend to forget God's presence when my world is full of challenges. But the good thing about God is he will never leave you nor forsake you. He is with you and beside you.
Blessed Sunday to everyone
Sarah.

POV: You caught feelings from someone just because they put food on your plate and drove you home once. Brain: “It’s love.” Me: “It’s probably low blood sugar.” Either way, I’m kindly asking my emotions to calm down before I fall in love with a customer service rep for handing me a receipt.😆

Just because you don’t see a partner beside me—or in my posts—doesn’t mean I’m lost, lonely, or lacking something.
People start asking questions. Then when they find out I’m single, they start recommending random guys like I need someone to be okay. And honestly, it hurts.
I’m not looking. I’m not desperate. I’m not broken.
Sometimes, life just unfolds differently for each of us. And being alone doesn’t mean I’m incomplete. What I do need is understanding, not pressure. Respect, not assumptions.
You never know what someone is going through quietly. So please—be kind. Be gentle. Not every silence needs to be filled, not every life needs to be “fixed.”
I’m at peace with where I am. And that should be enough.
Thank you to those who truly get it. Your respect means more than you know.
— From someone who’s choosing herself first.
❤️✨

September 13,2024
There was a time when I studied everything — even how to speak English — because every job interview was in English. I went everywhere I could just to apply for work.
I’m not sure why, but every time I see this video, it brings me to tears.
It reminds me that the God who created you and me will always provide for what we need. We just have to stop rushing everything.
Back then, I was always in a hurry. The moment I stepped off the plane, all I could think about was finding a job. I felt so alone. I kept asking myself, How are my child and I going to survive in a country where we know no one?
From the very beginning, it felt like I had no one on my side. I felt it deeply. But even then, I never lost hope.
I was disrespected so many times while job hunting, just because I didn’t have work. But I endured it.
Because that’s life — in this kind of battle, you have to be strong. If you’re not, life will swallow you whole.
But always remember this: you are not alone. God is always there, ready to embrace you. He answers all prayers — even the simple ones. That morning, I asked Him for the sun to come out… and He gave it, right away, because I needed it.
You are not alone, kapatid. Keep going.

This was written October 22,2024 I don’t have the actual picture from my window and this is all I have🩸
⸻
Birds with Company
It was a cloudy Tuesday morning, the kind that wrapped the world in a soft, grey hush. From my room, I moved closer to the window, drawn by a flicker of life beyond the glass. There, before me, was a simple scene—birds, free and vibrant, flitting through the air, dancing among the branches of a tree.
There was no place to hide, no cozy nest to shelter them from the chill. Yet, they moved without hesitation, fearless and full of grace. Their wings sliced through the air with confidence, not because the world was easy, but because they had each other. In their company, the noise of life turned into a symphony—loud, yes, but somehow calm and beautiful. It was a reminder: peace doesn’t mean silence; it means not being alone in the noise.
Outside, the leaves had begun their slow transformation, trading green for hues of fire and gold. A vivid symbol of change, of time passing, and of new chapters waiting. As rain began to fall gently, the birds vanished from sight, leaving behind the memory of their brief, brilliant presence.
The room felt quieter then, but not empty. Because sometimes, even fleeting moments leave a lasting warmth. Sometimes, the presence of company—even just for a while—can make all the difference.
Thank you Jesus
Sarah🩸💕

Every day is full of surprises, and I’m so grateful to have a new Bible! It’s a reminder that God is always present, and His word is forever fresh and new.
Today, one of the verses that stood out to me is:
“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.” – Ephesians 5:25
This verse is such a powerful reminder of what true love looks like—selfless, sacrificial, and rooted in Christ. singles, it encourages you to trust in God’s timing and His perfect plan. Love isn’t something to chase; it’s something that grows in God’s will. While waiting, choose to focus on becoming the person He has called you to be, knowing that when the time is right, He will bring the right person into your life.
To all singles, keep trusting, keep growing, and keep your heart aligned with Him. God’s plans are always worth the wait! ❤️ #TrustGodsTiming #Faith #TrueLove

You Are Blessed
“Great blessings belong to those who do not follow evil people…” — Psalms 1:1-6
Being blessed is not just about what you do—it’s about how you think, how you react, and what you surround yourself with. It means choosing what is right, even when bad people seem to succeed.
True blessing is not about money or power but about having a strong heart and mind. Like a tree planted by a river (Psalms 1:3), a good person stays strong, grows, and helps others. Keep doing what is right, and your life will be full of good things.

Dear Friends,
Have you ever pondered, “Why did God choose me and you?” It’s a question that resonates deeply within many of us. Let’s explore the profound reasons behind God’s choice and His unwavering love for each of us.
You Are Unique and Precious
In Matthew 10:29-31, Jesus reassures His disciples that even the very hairs on their heads are numbered, emphasizing that God knows each of us intimately. This signifies that every individual is unique and special in the eyes of God.
He Cares Deeply for You
1 Peter 5:7 encourages us to cast all our anxieties on Him, for He cares for us. This verse is a comforting reminder that God is always there, ready to shoulder our burdens and provide solace in times of need.
God’s Unfathomable Love
Romans 5:8 declares, “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Similarly, John 3:16 affirms, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” These passages highlight the depth of God’s love, sacrificing His Son for our salvation.
Fulfilling His Purpose Through You
Psalm 57:2 proclaims, “I cry out to God Most High, to God who fulfills his purpose for me.” This verse reminds us that God has a unique purpose for each of us, and He is committed to seeing it fulfilled in our lives.
Embrace the truth that you are chosen, loved, and purposed by God. Let this knowledge fill your heart with peace and joy, knowing that you are cherished beyond measure.
With love and blessings,
Sarah

You don’t really know someone unless you truly see them.
The only downside? I couldn’t stay long.
When opportunities come, do we grab them because we truly want them or simply because we need them? It depends, I guess.
If you don’t know me—hi, I’m Sarah, living in Canada.
Canada is the busiest place I know. People work so hard just to make ends meet—for their families, their future, for leisure, to escape boredom, to survive, or simply to keep themselves occupied.
And now, I’m one of them. A busy mama.
All I want is to work and survive.
Sadly, people around you don’t always understand. They think everything happens like magic. They expect you to handle it all, just because others have. “Na kami nga, nakaya namin, ikaw din dapat kaya mo!”
But I just landed here. I don’t know everything about this foreign land yet. I’m still learning, still figuring things out.
Humans are different. We all have unique strengths—things we can do that others can’t. That’s the beauty of it.
So why compare? Instead of measuring people against each other, why not lift them up?
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another.” (Hebrews 10:24–25)
And when those around you are discouraged, don’t let them retreat into loneliness. At times, being alone can restore us, but as part of the body of Christ, we are called to “bear one another’s burdens” (Galatians 6:2) and lift each other up.
Let’s choose to encourage, not compare.

A Sip of Coffee, A Moment of Reflection
Yesterday was my day off. While waiting for the bank to open, I walked into a Tim Hortons, ordered a coffee, and sat by a table near the road.
As I took slow sips, my mind drifted into deep thought. Being new in Canada, nothing comes easy—you have to learn everything from scratch. The coins, the accent, the way people drive, the culture, even the language. Back home, I never spoke much English, but here, every day is a lesson.
This coffee shop, in a way, became a little refuge. A place to pause, to breathe, to remind myself that it’s okay to take things one step at a time.
The only downside? I couldn’t stay long.
But this is just the beginning. There’s more to this story soon.
