Sothis was enjoying herself out on the garden. A full plate of various sweets (mainly cupcakes) resided alongside a full kettle. It’s tea time and even though shes currently alone, shes fine.

Except she hears movement. Without looking up she took a cupcake and took a bite. ”If you’re hungry, you can help yourself.”

     there was a sweet aroma in the air, rose had previously wanted to explore within the academy, yet her feet drew her that familiar scent. brown eyes first gazed upon the cupcakes presented on the plate, in thought as to how long it had been since she ate any.

     perhaps she stared too much, they sure looked delicious. eyes staring up at the one who was enjoying them, her heart raced, to hear she could help herself? well, she couldn’t really turn anyone down when it came to food. “uh, thanks.” she replied, heading over to take a seat, “why’re you eating these alone? don’t you have anyone to share this with?”

     while the red head didn’t want to appear mean in her words, she was only asking honestly, sweets were always better enjoyed with company rather than without. her hand reaching out for one to bite, her body relaxed “these are so delicious.”

while she won’t admit it, rose feels guilty for the destruction of her home. (if anyone’s played the newer harvest moons/story of season games) usually one person gives the other an item that they cherish to the one they want to marry, for example, gou had given rose a hard cover novel he wrote just for her.

in order to get engaged, one must accept it along with a brooch that symbolises their love. both parties must wear it at all times to let others know of their status.

however, rose had also accepted prince edvard’s gold diadem with pink diamonds along with a pink diamond brooch in the shape of the flower like her name. because of this, she was conflicted about what to do, aware of the prince’s mental instability and obsession with her.

she had eventually returned it to him a week later, which resulted in him having the thought that if he couldn’t have her, then no one could.
