I have to be honest. I couldn't stand being in the Citadel. I hated every second of it. I makes me mad just thinking about it.

I truly feel horrible for my actions as earth's (and City 17's) administrator. I made a horrible mistake working with the Combine, and I hate listening to myself talk such hateful words at those who should have been my friends. I will always and forever be the man who traded the world for a cheap chance at immortality. It is only right I tender apologies.

To Dr. Judith Mossman: I have taken you for granted. Nay, everyone has taken you for granted. You have the greatest mind of of century and you have every right to hate the world that has given you so little. I thought I could control you. I was so cruel to you, you who had given up on a world I ruined but couldn't give up on your friend's cause. I hope everyone forgives you.

To Dr. Eli Vance: You were a dear friend. I am sorry for ruining your world, and I am sorry I brought about so much loss for you. You are the bravest man I know and I hope your world becomes so much brighter. Don't stop fighting.

To Dr. Gordon Freeman: You have built more with a crowbar and the Lambda symbol than I have in my entire life. You have done an incredible service to the world by just existing. I am so sorry I was so cruel to you, you are a pillar of human morality and I wish you the best.

To Miss Alyx Vance: Your mother would be so proud. I know I have no right to talk about her but I knew her well and she would have adored you.
