the stranger seemed very kind — kind enough to be a soul — and that automatically elicited a smile from the older woman as she picked up a heavy, albeit much lighter than her own, box to pass over to the other. leaning against the main building’s door, wanda offered her a look of gratitude and even spoke up once again to express it out loud, “ thank you so much. usually, i wouldn’t ask, but i’ve already carried many things and im admittedly tired. ”
Dizzy happily accepted the box to carry, being extremely careful just incase there were breakables inside. She made a soft hum, offering another smile, “It’s quite alright - I am happy to help if I can - even if its just carrying a box or two. I’m Dizzy by the way.” She quickly introduces herself with a bright little smile, following the woman.

“Of course!” Dizzy didn’t even hesitate - while she clearly wouldn’t be the strongest, she was always willing to help when someone needed it. Perhaps it did make her a little too trusting, something she knew Mal often would worry about. But she wanted to help, “I’m not sure how much I can help you, but I’d be happy to do my best to lend a hand.” She smiled happily, already moving to help the woman.
“ excuse me. would you mind lending me a hand? ” there were a few boxes on the heavier side that needed to be carried all the way upstairs and the body that wanda had inhabited a while ago wasn’t the strongest. although she always tried to work with what she got, the girl didn’t shy away from a little bit of help, too. “ the elevator is broken. ”

Dizzy happily sipped at her own drink, a soft hum escaping the teenager as she enjoyed the quiet and comfort of the cafe - it wasn’t one she had been too much before - but so far she really liked it. She had been on her own though, until she heard someone speaking, she peered up curiously at the other person, “Who didn’t botch what?” She asked quietly, shifting slightly wondering if it was okay to speak up to the stranger.
Lizzie had been sitting inside a cafe, sipping on a latte, when she received some new texts. As she realized it was for her job she immediately opened it up and noticed it was her pictures from her latest photoshoot. “Wow, they actually didn’t botch these. I guess I can trust these guys next time,” she spoke out loud to herself, though she believes she left it all in her head.

Dizzy had always loved books, being able to read a book and escape to another world - another place, there was something.. magical about it. These days though there was something else - because of Mal and what she had told her, how apparently they were from another world - a world were fairy tales were real... well, these fairy tales had been a little more interesting to the teenager. Hence why she was here and looking through them when she heard someone else speaking. A small smile crossed onto her face as she nodded, “I kind of agree - although, I’ve always liked the happier ones - even if they make me question too many things.... like do you really think animals can talk? Maybe in some world they could - its interesting to think about don’t you think?”
robin was sorting through random books on the shelf, picking out what story to read to the kids next, when her fingers stopped. it was the story of robin hood and she couldn’t explain it, but something felt weird when she touched it. however, when her eyes continued to scan the shelf she noticed another story, alice in wonderland. “i always loved reading fairy tales. even the darker versions of them too,” she spoke out loud, not really aware if others were around or not. she ended up taking the two books off the shelf.

abi jumped at the sudden voice, before spotting the young girl speaking to her, and trying to calm herself down. “i am… i’m meant to be in england…”
Dizzy did her best to offer a friendly smile, the woman looked ... quite terrified actually, which was concerning. She couldn’t imagine how scary it must be - this hadn’t ever happened to her, “Wow.. England? Well - you’re in Washington Right now - DC. What is the last thing you remember?” She shifted slightly, she was doing her best to help - but there was only so much she could do - she just hoped she wasn’t freaking her out even more.

“Hey - Hey its okay.” The teenager stepped closer to the woman, trying to offer a quick little smile, “It’s alright - you’re safe here. Are you.. are you from somewhere else?” She still didn’t have memories like Mal did - but she has seen other people confused when they first get here.
“what… what happened?” abi looked around, panic coloring her features as she took in her surroundings. “where am i?”

“It really is... almost magical really.” Dizzy smiled happily, her head tilted towards the sky as it changed above her. She let out a small sigh before glancing towards the other, her head tilted curiously, “It is a little sad - but maybe that is what makes it so special, that you only get to see it for such a short amount of time each day.”
“Beautiful, isn’t it? The way light and dark fuse together in the sky.” Once upon a time, twilight was a sight she would have to watch for days on end inside the castle. Part of her missed it. While it was something she probably shouldn’t have taken a liking to (for obvious reasons), the princess couldn’t help the bittersweet satisfaction it brought her. “How unfortunate that we only get to see a few minutes of it.”

“Oh my god!” Dizzy couldn’t help but start giggling, her hands pressing together against her chest as she watched him, “That is SO cute! I need to get myself one of those - its so adorable!”
“I found this weird pyjama thing.” Nai held out the ears of the animal onesie, finding it delightfully amusing to be waddling around the apartment. “And I am never taking this off. It’s amazing!” The android smiled happily to himself, enjoying the fact that he was now a red fox snuggled up in warmth.

emma giggled as the other girl twirled, letting her dress billow out. she tilted her head and smiled at the other girl. “oh? when did that happen? well i’m glad that you’re in a good place, diz,” she said sweetly. emma nodded. “of course i do! now why would i lie to you?” she asked playfully with a laugh. “thank you dizzy. that’s really nice. you look just like a princess too,” she told her honestly. “i have but i think we should definitely dance. besides, rainbow twins have to stick together, right?” she asked, bumping her hip lightly with the other girl. emma grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the dance floor.
Dizzy couldn’t help but giggle at her own actions, she was so happy and excited by just about everything. This was her very first big event - her first real ball, it was - oh it was just about the most magical thing she could remember and it was amazing! “A while ago actually, its so much better - Mal takes care of me, and I take care of her - its perfect!” Her smile lit up as she explained it as simply as she could, she adored her sister. “Of course not, you’re my friend! And friends don’t lie - specially about important things as someones outfit.”
The teenagers head nods carefully, for Dizzy - it was an utterly important thing after all. “A princess really?” Her cheeks burned at that, did she really look like a princess? Well - she trusted Emma not to lie, but - a princess. Oh that was a special comment. Her laughter bubbled out, her hand carefully grasping onto Emma’s as she let herself be led through the crowd towards the dance floor. “Oh I can’t wait to dance - are you a good dancer Emma?”

“woah, dizz! slow down, evie put me in heels tonight.” she replied with a laugh as the younger girl launched herself into mals arms. “of course you can. what’cha got, kiddo?”
“Isn’t it all so amazing?!” Her arms remained clinging around the older girl, her face almost glowing with her excitement, “You look so pretty Mal, did Evie help with your whole outfit too?? She did so amazing with mine, and have you seen hers? She looks like a princess!” Her questions escaped quickly even as she gently tugged on Mal’s hand, she had things she wanted to talk about - and she did want to show Mal her new accessories - all of which she had put together herself. She had purposely tried to keep her whole outfit a secret from her sister - looking forward to showing it off here instead.

@antebellvm gets a starter for Harry!
Dizzy was having a blast, the ball was amazing and she loved her new dress - the music was amazing and she had been having such a good time dancing. Mostly she had been dancing with a few friends, but she needed a break and gave a small wave, a bright smile on her face as she made her way over to where the refreshments were set up. But as she glanced back she ran straight into someone, stumbling back slightly from the impact.
“Oh! I’m sorry - I didn’t mean to bump into you, are you okay?” Her smile faltered as she looked up, worried she had injured the boy she bumped into.

getting in hadn’t been the difficult part, it being as simple as pickpocketing some stranger outside of the white house to get an invitation, then smooth-talking his way past the security at the front door. blending in was another story. even with his best attempt to dress for the occasion, he still looked grungy and unkempt– in reality, though, throwing a blazer over a t-shirt and ripped jeans did not take much effort, and it reflected in the judgemental eyes of the ball guests around him. “god, why is everyone here so uptight?” he was more talking to himself than to anyone in particular, but he still didn’t care if anyone heard, “I thought this was supposed to be a fun event, not some stuffy, fancy people only event.”
Dizzy was loving this whole thing, it was something straight out of a wonderful day dream or something equally as amazing! Although, It was a little weird, of course it was just a little - most of the people she had run into she either didn’t know at all, or they were older than her. She hadn’t yet found one person she knew that was actually close to herself in age which had her feeling a little bit self conscious even as she tried her best to have fun and just enjoy herself.
Even still, she found her attention caught by someone talking, the words bringing a tiny giggle from the young teenager. “Well, I think some people are taking this event a little too seriously... its supposed to be fun, even if we get to dress up - dressing up can be fun.” She spoke without thinking about it much, quickly looking over at who had spoken, there was something familiar about him - maybe it was the hair. She wasn’t sure - maybe he was one of the people she kept dreaming about, like Evie - she was in her dreams a lot, Mal said they were memories that she couldn’t remember though. “Do I know you? You look like someone I think I know.”

emma had been watching everyone dance with a slight smile on her face. draco was probably off somewhere getting drinks or talking to someone. she didn’t mind. she was alright watching the revelries. emma turned slightly when she heard someone call her name out, a smile pulling at her lips when she saw the brunette. “dizzy hey!” she replied back, genuinely happy to see the girl. “mostly work and trying to finish the semester and everything. how are you? everything okay?” she asked. “yeah it’s a lot of fun. looks like we kind of match tonight, huh?” she asked with a soft laugh. “you look beautiful.”
Dizzy happily gave a little twirl, letting her dress move around her - her face was lit up with a brilliant smile, “Emma! Everything is amazing! I’m staying with my sister - Mal, its so much fun, and things are brilliant!” She gave a slight bounce, her hands gently grasping Emma’s arm as she gives a laugh of her own, “Do you really think I look like that?” Her face was burning now, “You look stunning, truly like a princess - but not a damsel in distress of course, one of the cool princesses.” Her grin grows as she looks back at the older girl, “Have you got to dance yet? I haven’t - but I think we totally need to dance right?”

@littlest-winchester gets a random Dizzy starter - surprise!
“Emma!” The young teenager smiled happily as she skipped over to the older girl, a hand carefully reaching out, “I haven’t seen you for ages, how are you? What have you been up to? Are you having fun?” The questions were said quickly, tumbling out as she tried her best to not bounce up and down all that much. It was hard, she was excited and being here - well, it was like an amazing - fantastic dream. Her hands fiddled with her rainbow styled dress, she felt like a princess! And now she had finally run into another familiar face - a familiar and friendly one at that.
