one of my fav parts about the happiest neutral endings is how undyne gets stuck at sans’ illegal hotdog stand. and by “favorite” i mean its kinda sadly hilarious

“oh. totally.” Sans agreed. They continued down the street. Aside from a few stares, most humans didn’t really seem too bothered to see monsters roaming around in broad daylight. Aside from Jackass number 1, but Sans barely put much stock in the opinions of friends and family. He wasn’t about to let one idiot ruin his day.

“can you imagine having to wear clothes like…because you need to? so lame. it’s better when they’re optional.” He mused, chuckling. “but i mean, just cause they’re freaky doesn’t mean we gotta start a fight. the kid’s workin’ hard enough already, do you wanna add to that?”

Undyne stared down at the Skeleton next to her with an almost baffled look on her face. "What?  Yes, Sans I CAN imagine what having to wear clothes would be like because I NEED to." Well... she supposed no one had ever told her she NEEDED to wear clothes that she could remember. A lot of Monsters DIDN'T. But Sans was the only one who insisted they didn't have to.

"I take it back you are freaky," Undyne said, as she snickered to herself.

She let out a small sigh at his last statement, but he was right. She didn't want to have to make Frisk's job harder just because people were assholes.

“Fine. I won’t fight with any humans. FOR NOW...”
