i didn't make the carrd, but it's one of the most useful links right now. #JunkTerrorBillNow needs the most urgency, but there are other issues present too.
I rarely post on tumblr anymore but I was told some people here might be interested on my aIdio from tonight’s performance: Jarneia Aragon, Courtney Boleyn, Natalie Seymour, Colette Cleves, Zara Howard and Danielle Parr so I’m sharing it here that I’m open to trading it.
But since I don’t open tumblr anymore, please contact me on my website insted.
whoever covered the entire Act I of Falsettos on kazoo
ANIMATICS MAKERS
people who can listen to five seconds of a non-OBC recording and then tell you the entire cast list
stans of Broadway actors who become Broadway actors themselves and are still stans of Broadway actors (*cough* Groff *cough*)
people who didn’t grow up acting and singing, but who fell in love with theatre somewhere along the way. They’re learning, practicing, and training on their own every day, putting themselves out there at auditions among performers with years of experience, even if no one supports their passion or believes in them
people who don’t perform at all and instead quietly gather knowledge like a formidable walking encyclopedia
I am VERY proud of my first Funko Pop figure and of the fact that Jenna loved it enough to keep it in her dressing room and share it with the world as a goodbye to an AMAZING run of All My Sons at ths Old Vic Theatre (which I had the absolute honour of experiencing 20 times). As a minor correction, I used a Riverdale figure as base but I'm glad the response towards the work that took to get to this result was positive. Especially from her.
I don’t normally go out of my way to reblog images posted to Instagram Stories, as I’m never 100% sure what’s allowed, but I’m making an exception for this wonderful selfie Jenna posted to her account this morning, because she’s showing off an amazing Funko Pop modification that a fan gifted to her at the stage door a few days before her final performance in All My Sons. According to some comments I’ve seen this was based upon a figure from the Mad Men series, but it’s incredible how everything from the hair to the pose is so close to Jenna in this role! Meanwhile, I always love it when a fan nabs the brass ring, whether it’s through a shoutout or, in this case, a wonderful photo of Jenna appreciating what I can only hope will become a treasured keepsake of her time in the play.
