I started good for brekky i only had egg whites and for lunch i had these protein chips for like 150 cals
but then i went to trader joe’s and was a fat cow and i ate so much pretzels and cheese. i wanna die
my total intake was prolly like 1000
then i want to gym for 300
so like 700 still awful

this is pretty good for me. i am bad with binging. i also fasted for 8.5 hours today which is very good for me. but omg i was thinking about food all day until i had sushi. anyone have any advice on how to make the food noise go away?
