Day 12
Had a really important meeting at two o’clock so I didn’t really have breakfast.
Lunch- pork in hot sauce
Dinner- hot wings and cookie dough
I treated myself a bit because I was so nervous for that meeting 😅
Total- around 1000 calories

Breakfast- a slice of bread with some pork
Lunch- some cucumber, pork and hot sauce
Dinner- pasta and cheese
Going out- two glasses of wine and three cookies

Day 10
Today I woke up still feeling full from the spareribs of yesterday so I didn’t really eat breakfast and only had a late lunch. Had house dinner with my housemates though, which is always fun and wasn’t even that many calories.
Lunch- a pancake (I shared the pancakes of someone I kinda really like so his sacrifice was a willing one) with cheese and a bit of syrup.
Dinner- some dry pasta with cut tomatoes and a lill bit of cheese
Total- somewhere in the 500, which I’m kinda proud of 😃.

Day 9
Ugggh so today I went to s restaurant where my mom ordered spareribs for me. Horrible. I still feel so bloated and it’s been ten hours already.
Breakfast- chocolate custard
Lunch- few little pieces of cake
Dinner- spareribs with a few fries
I went pretty well today but the spareribs just killed it, so my total is something like 1300 calories. I don’t even want to know.

Day 9
So today was spent with my family, which was awesome and forced me to eat crisps (you win some, you lose some)
BREAKFAST- a cookie (woke up late :))
LUNCH- some boiled chicken and sauce, and like fours slices of ham (tried to contain myself but they were too fucking yummy)
DINNER- 160 grams of airfried fries (we ate while we were watching a movie so I stayed with that and it was all fine)
SNACKS- some crisps that were shoved in my face and not to be avoided.
Also I drank like five litres of water in less than two hours, cannot recommend, my tummy is aching and I actually have a really weird headache.
Total- about 650 calories- not bad :))

Day 8
Sooo today we started off with chocolate custard which honestly is my all time favourite. Our local store has one which is super-low-calorie, doesn’t have any sweetener and actually really tastes like chocolate- it helps so so so much when I’m on the verge of binging.
BREAKFAST- chocolate custard
LUNCH- two slices of bread, three eggs, a slice of cheese and a slice of ham (uggggh I went out eating with friends)
DINNER- ~100 grams of fries with some sauce
Total: 850 calories

Day 7
So today I read somewhere that if you eat less than 700 calories the main weight you’re losing is muscle, and I also had really bad muscle cramps, which freaked me out a lil bit, so I ate more than I usually do.
BREAKFAST- bread with grilled chicken
LUNCH- lots of cucumber, and chicken and pork with sauce and strawberries (I def recommend strawberries ppl)
DINNER- multiple alcoholic drinks (I went out) one slice of pizza (damnit) and pork in hot sauce.
Total: 1000 calories, probably more (I wasn’t sure how much the alcoholic drinks were- I had two apple ciders, half a beer and two shots)

Day ?6?
So after pushing away a creepy drunken guy who wanted way too much on my night out, I went home and slept in, which meant no breakfast! Plus, I talked myself out of getting comfort food, so though my score of today isn’t amazing I’m pretty proud.
LUNCH- pork with hot sauce (love this so much) and yoghurt
DINNER- pork with hot sauce and cucumber
Total: ~650 caloriesss

Okayyyy so today I screwed up cause I went out with friend and we went to a cake tasting house and then we went out in the evening with beer and wine and though I tried to keep eating to a minimum I’m just gonna log today as 2000 calories and be done with it.

Day 4 of documenting
ALRIGHT so today started with actual spareribs. My family has this tradition of eating spareribs to mark an occassiion as important and today I’m moving back to uni. I did manage to behave the rest of the day though (🎉)
BREAKFAST- spareribs :(
LUNCH- nothing :(
Dinner- a lill pork and some cucumber
A grand total of 550 calories so I’m quite proud haha. Might be higher than this cause I kinda estimated the amount of pork but ah well

Alright so today went prettaayyy awesome. I only had some chocolate custard, minced meat and airfryer fries (and yess one low-calorie cookie but we don’t talk about that), which amounts to like 620 calories, which is what I kinda wanna hold onto 😍. So yes I’m pretty proud of myself and my self control so far.

Day 2 of documenting
Alright, so today was supposed to be better than yesterday, but instead it wasn’t :(. Wasn’t a bad day, though.
BREAKFAST- chocolate custard and a low-calorie cookie (it’s only 65 calories and I swear to god it is so delicious)
LUNCH- airfryer fries (I know! What’s wrong with me??) and crocquette (even worse :()
DINNER- homemade vegetable beef soup (didn’t like it, which helped curb my appetite- yay to incapable dads!) and a bit of chocolate custard.
The total comes in on around 720 calories which isn’t what I’ve been aiming for but is good enough- as long as it gets me losing weight!)

Alright so today was kind of a penance day since I completely binged yesterday (slept over at a friend’s).
BREAKFAST- had a sausage roll for breakfast (‘twas 180 calories, geez)
LUNCH - had a teeny bit of pork and some low-calorie chocolate custard
DINNER- alright so maybe I had fries with boiled chicken. But the fries were airfried so damage was limited.
SNACK- popcorn without salt
Total calories; around 650 (honestly, I’m pretty proud of that, let’s hope it works)
